Appreciated Andy and his team persistently sorting many issues on my 928S4, correcting them in addition to rebuilding my odometer, converting the AC to R134, replacing timing belt, tensioners, water pump, and correcting a fluid leak that others could not over the past 28 years! They are the best!

I took my 1964 Porsche 356C there with a full typed page of stuff that needed mechanical attention. I am very happy with the work. Very happy with the service. Steinels far surpasses the "barnyard mechanic" my dad used to take this car to. I won't name that guy, out of respect. But, Steinels fixed all the stuff that guy left undone. They were very thoughtful and methodical. Top notch Porsche service. I'll going to take my 2012 Carrera 911S there next for an oil change, instead of the dealer this time.

Steinel's does excellent work. They balanced my wheels and tires on my Porsche perfectly, even with one being bent, which I did not know about but they brought to my attention and even gave good suggestions on where to get it fixed or a new one. Will be back for more service in the future.

PS: For the mechanically declined like me, less than a lot of knowledge is usually dangerous. Talk to Andy before pulling off the road, adding oil, and praying. (Bad sensors have consequences.)

Had my 1986 944 towed there due to some issues. The very next day they called me up and let me know the car was already fixed. They also pointed out other issues with the car that would need addressing in the future. I spoke with Andy for a few minutes and he gave me some tips and advice for my car based on what I want to do with it. Honest, fair, and fast. I'll be using these guys as long as I own a Porsche.

Had my Cayenne towed there about 6 weeks ago due to a coolant leak and an airbag warning, that I already figured was the passenger occupancy sensor. I have to keep calling them each week or so to find out what is going on. They never figured out the leak so I figured they would at least address the occupancy sensor. I finally called them on Monday and they said "oh, we probably wouldn't do that anyway." Well why is the car there then? Can't see why it takes weeks to just tell me you won't even try to fix one of the issues. I accepted weeks ago they weren't going to figure out the coolant leak.

These people have little to no knowledge of german cars. Took my Porsche there for a pre sale inspection.. they talked my car down to the prospective buyer and then called me a few days later offering to buy the car. Very shady

Love these guys! Very expert and high quality work at fair rates.On one occasion, after experiencing manual transmission shifting issues, a factory dealer quoted me $8,000.00 for entire clutch replacement. Researched them and decided to get a second opinion from Steinel's which immediately diagnosed problem was a $250.00 pressure switch.....even wth $300 shipping costs each way from W. PA it's still worth it for the peace of mind Steinel's provides, in my opinion.

The absolute best Porsche specialists in Ohio. I’ve been dealing with them for many years with my 911 cars. I’ve dealt with Kris in the office he’s top notch—you will not find more enthusiastic Porsche purists that have the knowledge of these vehicles. Very lucky to have these guys in our area. I do alot of my own basic maintenance on my vehicles, but these guys can handle the extreme jobs. We did a full engine rebuild last season on my old 911. Will be servicing my new 911 here also. You won’t find this knowledge or skill, other places with the flat 6 powerplants. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.Services: Transmission

I have had Steinel’s work on my 2001 Porsche. IMS/ rear main seal/ clutch / PCCM radio upgrade / and various miscellaneous parts. I can’t see anyone but these men working on my car.
