Great staff. Always attentive. Good deals and great selection of stogies yo. Good hot food cases and that spicy meat pizza is the shizznat. Bam! It's crazy fresh.

First time coming here. Didn't see this place on my last trip to the area so it has to be a newer establishment. Honestly this place looks beautiful and has great private parking away from the gas pumps. Bathrooms are single stall that need to be cleaned better. Easy access to the streets with the street lights. Good amount of gas pumps and friendly service with solid deals.

Every time I go there late at night they have the stupid sign come back in 10 minutes and it gets to be over 20min before I just leave and they're still no one there.

Always friendly attendants. Cleanliness is an issue and being caused by the customers who come in and don't care to clean up after their own spills, and messes. I do have issue with not being able to get iced coffee after 4pm. If you're a 24hour operation this shouldn't be happening during a peak time of day. Overall still like like it here.

Cashiers in the morning RUDE! Claim law only allows for the purchase of so many products but NO sign to display referencing this nor could the lady with the 3rd education pull this so called law up! If there's a law limiting the quantity in certain products, 1. Post a sign 2. Make sure ALL of your Team follows this policy because I ensure you, THEY ARE NOT

Solid experience. Store is desperately understaffed, and the current staff - as burnt out as they are - are amazing. Service is always fast and friendly. I just wish they'd do something about the lack of employees.

employees hiding in the store, sign in the door says closed at 10pm tonight. what a shame multiple customers turned down as i write this.Witnessed employee standing in the back watching customers try locked door.

Awful customer service, and from the manager at that. My brother went in to buy beer, he's 26 and lives in TN. The manager refused to sell him beer because the ID is out of state, fair enough. So I went in because I have an in state DL. Refused to sell to me because it would be "second hand selling". Honestly this is all fine, I get there are rules, and a different gas station 100 feet away anyway. This is where it gets interesting, I say "oh you're kidding". Instead of just saying yeah sorry man I'm just following the rules, and it being over, he looks me dead in the eyes and says "Do I look like I'm kidding?". I start to walk away and say that's great. He then yells out as I'm at the door "Oh yeah that's great? Do you think I'll lose sleep tonight over it?!". I get having a bad day or hating your job but learn some customer service skills bud.

I go to this gas station every morning to get food for lunch. It’s a good place, friendly people. If you go keep an eye on what they are scanning. Some employees double or triple scan items and don’t correct it. Usually on smaller items but today it happen with a bag of beef jerky, I got charged 4 times for one bag, try to have them correct it, and they acted like I wasn’t charged for it. Just use caution

The Store Manager was completely unreasonable. First review I've ever left in my life here. I'm a 26 year old from Nashville TN, went in to buy beer and was denied. He told me he couldn't sell it to me because my ID didn't have a Mag-Stripe ( TN licenses have a bar code instead). That's understandable, but he checked out the ID and picture, looked at me, asked me my address, and after all of that told me he couldn't sell it to me because of the Mag-Strip. Little less understandable, but whatever. I go outside to the car and my 36 year old brother, with an Ohio ID goes in and he denies selling it to him as well. Says it's secondary sales or something. So my brother says, "Great." And he responds with, "Great? What you think I'm gonna lose sleep over this?" Pretty rude and unreasonable. Also kinda ridiculous that a 26 year old with a TN ID and a 36 year old with an OH ID can't go in and buy beer. Went down the street and bought it at the next gas station. Wont be seeing me at that Speedway ever again.

Glanced at the reviews, which there aren't too many current ones or good reviews. Well mine will be a good review. I work in twinsburg and come to this location. I actually get my gas at Costco (sorry!!), but purchase food from time to time. The various cashiers are nice and seem to know their customers. If they don't know their first name, they say oh hi or good seeing you! One cashier named Rose at this location is always upbeat and friendly. She often remembers me as the woman who wears the sparkly hair band!LOL I'm not sure how long she has been at this location, but I think she has a great attitude and should train future employees on customer service. I've noticed in the past there has been a constant turnaround of employees and managers at this location, but I think they finally have a good crew of people.
