Stopped because this was close to the hospital
Ended up waiting more then 20 minutes in line before a OFF DUTY EMPLOYEE reset the self checkouts while there was 8 people in line waiting to be checked out
Ended up having a issue with a mis scan and waited another 5 minutes before I just left

Absolute trash. 40 minutes of waiting for all fryer food to be barely room temp, trashiest looking hotdogs, and missing the cup of frys that we ordered. So glad your prices are so high tho. Good job.

I ordered a milkshake through the app and once it was ready on their pick-up screen, it sat there on the prep counter for a few minutes until I reached out to the cashier. Especially when it's hot, don't make a milkshake and let it sit in the prep area

Really good giant steak burrito and potato sticks. Been excited to try sheetz since one of my friend reccomended it. Only thing is, I didnt care for the coffee, but that just might be cause it was late at night

I am sharing because I shop this store 4 to 5 times a week.
Normally exceptional food and service. Today not so much.
Order placed at 11:12 AM went to the counter to pay and nobody was at the register. A young lady walked by and said she would be there in a minute. 5 minutes went by and I decided I could get cigarettes later and paid at the self serve kiosk. I went to get lottery tickets out of the machine and as usual one got stuck in the machine. Went to the counter for help and the same young lady said someone would be there in a minute. a few minutes later went back and reminded her I was still waiting. after a few more minutes they finally came and got my ticket out of the machine. At 11:37 AM they called my order number and to my surprise my food was Luke warm . Not very happy today! Like I said normally a great experience but not today even though the staff in the kitchen seemed to be having a good time judging by all the talking and laughing in the back.

Another amazing experience at Sheetz. This location is awesome. I had one of the best flatbread pizzas I ever had from Sheetz from this location this morning. There is plenty of cheese sauce pepperoni just overall delicious at 4 AM in the morning because why the Sheetz not? ☑️?

I come to this location anytime I have a doctor's appointment in the area. I normally just get a milkshake. Today I decided to grab a sandwich and some fries. And was really disappointed. I paid almost $4 for a cup of fries that was only half full and way over salty. The chicken sandwich had the world's smallest piece of chicken on it and the bacon I paid extra for was raw. I think I will just stick with the milkshake from now on?
