“Justin was great. Friendly & easy to deal with even though he was very busy handling several locations. Call center, though was not well informed about the particular location I was interested in. Would have been helpful if they had at least told me it was best to set up an appointment. They told me the hours were 9:30 to 4 & just showing up was fine. Justin handles 3 locations so impossible for him to always be at one site.”

The facility is clean and being away 3 years, i returned to perfect conditions. I was greeted warmly and shown many units and all my questions answered, even given suggestions based on items, need and financial ability to accommodate ....not SQUEEZE DRY my wallet, as other big box storages can do, over short periods of time ( no hooks just straig forward). Theres no pricing you out of your storage which makes good biz since and retains customers vs ongoing turnover and high cost marketing. I will always use this location as long as the current PM is there plus i selected because of high security buildings surrounding it. Thanks so much for all you do S.B. ?”

“I rented a van from U-Haul. One of the best decisions I every made for my business. I’m an investor with many houses. Renting this van helped me tremendously. I was able to pick up products and deliver to several job sites. In addition, I was able to load the van with all the trash left behind by my contractors instead of paying someone. Icing on the cake, I didn’t have to use my personal SUV putting mile and wear and tear from hauling materials. U-Haul most definitely have my business moving forward.”
