“Much more friendly and efficient than the Shaker PO--although Shaker's just horribly understaffed and it may not be the employees' fault. Anyway, if you live in Shaker and are sick of long lines at Warrensville, try this location. Wish I could've gotten my PO Box at this location but with my zip code I was stuck using Warrensville for that.”

“While being out of town for an extended period, I received a text from USPS that I was getting an unexpected shipment. It contained some valuable and delicate item so the package needed signature. I called the Stow P.O. and talked to Leo, who made sure the package was properly forwarded to my temporary address by actually going and looking at it. He also asked me to check the tracking on my phone while he waited to make sure I could track the shipment too. Finally, he asked me to call the PO and ask for him specifically if I needed any additional help. We need more teammates like Leo in all organizations. Great service!”
