We have switched from two other local vets to them over the past couple years due to multiple reasons. I have both my dogs and cats going to him now. We have had nothing but good experience with this group. Highly recommend Dr. Bob!!

My cat stayed 9 nights. We were fortunate that there was only one other cat there. My cat got a lot of attention and time outside of her litter cubicle. They followed all my instructions and gave her good care. It's very clean. The staff there now are very caring. They welcome you to call and check on your pet. I wish the webcam showed more of the room, so we could see her when she was out.

Staff is very friendly and attentive, even when usually very busy for lunch service. Very menu option I’ve tried has been great. The country fried steak is delicious and a fan favorite with our group. Their knockout burger is phenomenal as well. You can taste the quality of the meat and ingredients they use. Do yourself a favor (and a laugh) and tip the kitchen! Keep up the great work.

7996 Darrow Rd, TwinsburgI haven’t even had him for 2 hours yet when I took these photos. Yes car was parked. I do not have a gear shifter. I have a newer car and it has buttons for park reverse etc. He did not like the box that they gave me so I figured let him roam around the car a little bit get used to my scent and used to my other cats scent and get used to my fiancé’s scent. While he was doing so he got so comfortable, And this is the very first time I have ever picked him up and I have ever actually held him. As soon as he did a quick 360 around my car, he instantly fell asleep on my lap This Place gave me my best friend, My partner in crime, this sweet loving amazing baby boy! I am so utterly grateful for this place! I’m so excited for our future adventures❤️❤️❤️??
