“I was at the Twinsburg Giant Eagle on Tuesday, and Connor’s service WOWED me!!! He graciously put in my giant eagle advantage phone number despite it being super busy, and him taking the time to enter the phone number amidst the crowd was so kind. And although I only got one energy drink, he still took the time to put it in a bag even after I insisted that it was okay— talk about good service!!! I will be back and will recommend this giant eagle to all of my loved ones because of Connor’s service.”
“I read a few reviews before heading here and was quite surprised to find that the reviews that touted a wide variety we're not over-selling. This place has some liqueurs, cordials, and bitters that you can't find anywhere else in the region. Staff is super helpful. Nice to have a wide craft beer selection in the same store.”
“I purchased three four packs of Galipette Cidre Organic Biologique and received it in less than 24 hours. When it arrived I was astonished at how meticulous the staff were at packing each individual bottle in bubble wrap in their own boxes and then in another box surrounded with packing peanuts. After this experience I will be a regular customer of WRW!!! Highly recommend this store.”

“We went to several liquor stores on our trip. I'd heard that Wellers was pretty accessible in Ohio. This was the only store to actually have any on hand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm still looking for that Wellers antique. Maybe next, trip.”
“Let me start off by saying I really try to avoid going to liquor stores. I'll go to a grocery store and get my spirits before I go to a stand alone liquor store. This store however is clean, any time I've been there isnt a large crowd , it just doesnt trigger my anxiety. It's a safe, clean, and friendly environment. I can come in, get my bottle, and leave without all the extra stuff that happens at some other stores . Best of all , its right around the corner from me . Very convenient!”

“The purpose of this comment is to bring well deserved recognition and pass on our gratitude for our driver Justin K #716. We deal with several distributors and therefore several delivery drivers. Justin is prompt, courteous, and highly efficient. He is the only driver we have that checks for empty kegs without being asked, he is conscientious with our bar cooler and liquor room by putting items out of the path, with other like items, ensuring that the cooler door can fully close. I greatly appreciate Justin's consideration to safety while maintaining efficiency. He is warm and friendly, yet professional and makes us feel like a VIP client. He is knowledgeable and adequately answers any question we have. We know he's busy, but we never feel rushed or like just another customer. “I've got no qualms about this place. They had exactly what I wanted, for the price I was expecting. The inside seemed organized, but a bit stuffed full. I see some reviews saying they had an additional charge for using credit... But I don't recall them telling me that? So I'm going to assume that I was not charged that. I will say though, for a place that has the word wine in the name, they did not have much wine.”
