I’m always telling people they should do CrossFit and the typical answer is “I can’t do that’’ or ‘’it’s to intimidating.’’ But what makes Saol so great is the trainers, they are the best at helping you form a work out that is challenging while still in reach of your capabilities. I’ve worked out next to some of the most ripped guys I’ve ever seen and I’ve also worked out next to lady’s that are probably older than my grandma.
The ‘’I can’t’’ attitude is a defeatist attitude. Change your attitude. Be a winner, YOU CAN, you absolutely CAN be healthier and stronger and CrossFit Saol is a great place to do it.”
