I usually have a good experience at great clips but this one I signed In on their app and went there within 40 minutes, they deleted my check-in and proceeded to tell me there was a 45 minute wait with no remorse.

Never Again! will I go to this establishment.
I have been going there for a few years, but yesterday’s cut was the worst ever!
I had to “fix” the parts that she didn’t complete, when I looked in the mirror at home. I didn’t want to drive 12mi. for her repair.
I regret giving her a tip.

Had my haircut by a very attractive black girl that I forgot to get her name. She does an awesome job and is very meticulous in her work. She is very professional! Highly recommended! She is what makes Great Clips a successful establishment.

I logged into my Great Clips application and easily scheduled a haircut. The barber greeted me and lead me to her parlor chair. We discussed the cut I was looking for based on previous visits. She performed the cut to my liking and assisted me in transacting a discount coupon that reduced the cost for my visit. I was very satisfied with the whole procedure and the haircut performed by the Great Clips technician.Service: Haircut

Sabrina was good. She was very nice and polite and did a good job on my requested hair cut, however, the lady that cut my son's hair should prolly have her license revoked. I've seen better work from a blind monkey. Then when asked to correct it and if they couldn't fix it just to do a fade the other lady whom has been pretty rude to a few customers "fixed" it then had a sarcastic tone with me about it. Anyways, go to an actual barber.

Great Clips online check-in is absolute garbage. It will say you will be ready in 25 minutes, you show up, and now you have several walk-ins who somehow jumped the line and now your wait is 55 minutes after the 25 you planned for. Most of the employees at this location have zero manners and will talk back to you when you ask about the delay. Some are great, but most you should avoid. Just go to another barber or have your spouse cut your hair. There are better barbers within 500 meters, you just need to plan on them being open. Today was the fourth time this has happened at this specific location over the last 2 years. It's my fault for not knowing better. *P.S. - Wish I could give 0 stars.
