This is a nice Goodwill. It's clean and well-organized. I like that they hang the clothes up as opposed to using bins. They also sort the clothes by size and not color.

This place is never open on time. Prices have gone up drastically. $4 for white rain shampoo you can get at dollar tree for $1.25? Smh

Visited this store today, not nearly as organized as my usual store (Strongsville Goodwill). Clothing was completely disorganized, many men's shirts were mixed in with the women's shirts, sizes were all mixed up as well. This makes it difficult and very time-consuming to find anything the right size. NO effort whatsoever was made to sort the younger children's items, everything from newborn to size 5T was racked together. And in the bigger kid sizes, there were a lot tagged incorrectly. Just a real mess. Wasted a lot of my time, very disappointing experience. On the bright side, the young woman who checked me out with the three items I managed to find was very personable and friendly.

I LOVE this location!!! Kyle, Patrick, Leah and really all of the employees are friendly & welcoming! I'm in here so much, they know me. It's always clean & organized.

The employees walked around taking turns loudly yelling “the store closes in 20 minutes”. They continued every 5 minutes until closing.
Very unprofessional and anti-customer friendly. There’s no need to hound people like that. Make one single, friendly reminder. That’s it.
Then I went to the Northfield location and the very elderly lady behind the counter was extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me and then also me.
