My daughter and I located a 2023 Kia Niro Hybrid online listed by G&M Motors. We called and spoke to Mark, the owner, and discussed the repairs made to the car, since it had been in a crash per Carfax. We agreed upon a price “if all was as discussed once we arrived to inspect and test drive”.
We drove from Michigan to his place in Ohio for the car. Mark’s communications back and forth via text were always timely and professional. We arrived on time for our appt and the car was ready for inspection and test drive as promised. The paperwork process was relatively smooth and quick. Since we were purchasing the car in my wife’s name with a Power of Attorney, we ended up needing to get it corrected and mailed to Mark (in order for him to get the title properly issued). Throughout this process things were smooth and timely with everything happening just as Mark promised.
We did opt for an aftermarket extended warranty at the time of sale, for my daughter’s sake. No pressure from Mark in any way. However, after taking the time to review the warranty company’s terms and contract, we decided to cancel for a full refund, thankfully. Our experience in dealing with Freedom Warranty for the refund was a 1-Star experience. I can’t imagine what it would have been like trying to get coverage or reimbursement from them. It took almost 3 months to get the refund, with multiple steps and follow-up. And, Freedom ultimately refunded G&M Motors, so Mark had to mail us a check once he was refunded, which he did as promised and timely once the warranty company refunded him. Freedom refused to send the money to me directly.
So far, the car itself has been great. Only time will tell if the repairs and bodywork will hold up, but no issues or complaints thus far. We knew it was a repaired vehicle going into the transaction.
Aside from our experience with Freedom Warranty, who G&M should never use again, price, service, and experience were good overall. We’d certainly buy from them again and recommend others to do the same.

The sales and service team here are excellent. My family has purchased 5 cars from this dealership since 2002 and we deal with the owner every time. He goes above and beyond for the customer and saved us thousands over the years. He is always thorough in descriptions, detailed in showing differences, calm in his demeanor and we never fell like we were doing anything but educating ourselves in the current market, our options and the different cars themselves. I cannot say enough about our very positive experience. Highly highly recommended!

Bought a car for my mother there... less than 30 days and less 500 miles the engine went. I simply asked for a little help with the cost and nothing! Mitchel was very kind during the sale but dismissive after the fact. He claims Mark is his "business partner" but Mark pulls the strings. Mark is extremely condescending and I refused to work with him and that's when Mitchel came I to the picture. Mitchel is a puppet with no backbone to stand up and do what's right!I understand "As is" but less than a month and not even 500 miles?? Come on! My mother is 70yrs old with a fixed income and a dead car! ANYTHING would've helped and been a gesture of good faith!No... I'm not some "Russian bot" like Mark has claimed others to be.And btw... it was a cash deal and because of it Mark doctored paperwork in their favor!!Update: We have since contacted the Ohio States Attorney's General office to have this place investigated for crime including tax fraud. I paid them "x" dollars for said vehicle yet the paperwork was manipulated to reflect less than half the actual selling price. In addition, we have it in email Mark stating "Your son drove the car 80mph. You don't drive a car 80mph with a bad motor".

Took my wife’s 2022 Highlander there after an accident (front end damage).They did an amazing job!Looks like it has never been in an accident!They also fought with insurance for all brand new parts and got them (insurance wanted aftermarket or used).Highly recommend!

Called to inquire about the availability of a car I saw online as I was interested in coming in to test drive it. The way the person answered was just a "Hello" in an annoyed tone, I confirmed that I had called the right number and tried to ask if the car was still available, but didn't even get that far.. He was short in his responses and obviously annoyed that I was interrupting his day. Ended up just hanging up. Very unprofessional and unfriendly, if that's how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to see how they treat you once they already have your money.
