“Became acquainted with Rich over 15 years ago when I was selling advertising. I have bought three mattresses from him. The first one was a pillowtop that lasted almost 15 years and he was less expensive than the other two places I looked it. Plus he delivered it for free. Most importantly, he is honest. On all three occasions, he could have sold me a more expensive brand name mattress that would have been several hundred dollars more for essentially the same coil count, build and firmness. But with a brand name. Plus, he made the process and explanation simple and straightforward, and they were flexible in the delivery time so I didn't have to take any time off work; That's why I go back.”

“I went to see Zach with the hope he could lead me to a craftsman who did much less magnificent work than Chagrin Valley. I took my daughter's sweet little 2-tiered heart shaped table and explained that with my health issues I needed a larger 3-tiered table to be able to reach meds, Yeti, tissues, light, phone, etc. He smiled and said "we can do it...maybe 3 weeks". I cried; I had been looking for so long. My daughter's table was like she was with me after moving to Georgia, though we do talk daily. I picked the finished table up and cried again. It is beautiful. I am very appreciative and extremely grateful. Mommy and daughter together again.

I was unable to make it to the store in person and he helped me over the phone to set up a quote for two mattresses for my daughters who are moving to college and was so informative about which mattress might be the best. “We were welcomed at the door. We were shown and told where the couches were. We were asked a couple of times if we needed any help. But left to browse. We were finally ready the salesman was very friendly very helpful answered all our questions. Even showed us another option. We know the pricing was very good. So we went ahead and ordered. Helpful about letting us know approximate delivery to the warehouse and approximate delivery to our home. He did offer us an extended warranty. We had ordered all of our cabinets from North East Factory Direct ed with the gentleman who helped us then with the design and are very happy with the quality of the cabinets we got. The price was very good also.”

“I just moved to Cleveland and I needed a new mattress. I went to this store during the tax free week in Ohio and the first time I went I was upfront with the salesperson that I will not be buying a mattress today and I was really just browsing. He fully understood and gave me just a quick overview of the mattresses that I could select from, and tips on what to look for when choosing a mattress, and then he really just left me and my partner alone to try a bunch of the mattresses on our own. Sales wasn't pushy or trying to sell me a mattress on the same day which I really appreciated, and whenever we had a question about the mattresses he always gave straightforward answers that got to the point. I ended up coming back a few days later after trying out mattresses from other stores and the sales representative was very to the point, didn't feel like I was being sold any additional add-ons on top of my mattress purchase and I walked out of the store with getting what I wanted and nothing extra. I scheduled the mattress to be delivered about a week and a half later (even though they had a delivery date available much earlier), since I was waiting on a bed-frame from IKEA to be delivered first. Delivery staff was very straight forward and professional, and respectful towards the my house, they were able to setup the mattress on my bed-frame for me. All in all a very straight forward and comfortable sales experience from The Original Mattress Factory. I went with a Queen Orthopedic Extra Firm (I'm 6'3" and 200 lbs) and it provides great support for me as a side sleeper and it came at a great price as well for the quality of the mattress. The mattress feels like the mattress I tried out in the store and I've been having a good nights sleep since.”

Reasonable prices, quality pieces, and I can sit back and “grab an iced tea” (in the words of Mike! Lol) and have them DELIVER and ASSEMBLE and do all the labor/dirty work. Love this place!
