Not even worth 1 star. Bought car for 7000$And NEXT day it stopped running. Guy who sold me the car told me there was brand new clutch in it but, it wasn’t… next day when I called him he refused returning me my money and also didn’t fix my car. I spent extra ~3000$ on new clutch. I don’t recommend this place

They got me for $18,000. I bought a 2011 Avalanche. Everything was fine and then suddenly, the oil pressure dropped. It turns out it needs an oil pump ($2,000) and they reset the check engine light and all the monitors aren't on yet. That's deliberately hiding a problem. I don't know where all these great reviews came from but mine is nothing like that. I would be cautious buying a vehicle from this dealership.

A review, four years later.
I purchased a vehicle from Finest in 2017. My salesman was friendly, my purchase process was smooth. I was provided a Carfax for the vehicle that showed all was clear. The vehicle I purchased was of the quality described to me at the time.
This year (2021), however, I decided it was time to move on from my vehicle, and was preparing it for sale. Upon retrieval of my "clean" Carfax report (as the car has legitimately sat in my garage for most of my time as its owner) for an interested buyer, a single structural damage report appeared...that "was first displayed in 2018"...while the vehicle was sitting in my garage.
I called Finest to inquire about the report, and was told that it was "perfectly normal for that to happen" and that structural damage is often used when "a small dent, aftermarket part, drilled hole, or other small imperfection" is noted in a vehicle. If you read the Carfax description of structural, it is clear that it is entirely contradictory to the description of the category provided by the dealer to me. But that is beside the point - my caution arises over the fact that this incident was reported to Carfax in 2015 (when Finest acquired the vehicle), was not reported to me when I purchased the vehicle (2017), and then magically appeared a year later (2018) on the Carfax report after I paid full price for a "fully clean" car.
Finest is unable to provide me with any details regarding the incident, or update/edit the report as they do not input this data into the system. So now I am stuck with a vehicle that has a clean title, and has been deemed perfect by a local certified dealer (pre and post purchase), with a Carfax that no buyer will touch with a ten foot pole. And it occurred a year after I was provided a clean report to the car I purchased, without any proper disclosure at the time.
UPDATE (09/22)
Over the past few days I have been speaking with Finest Auto about my issue. They have answered my calls, and been receptive to my complaint and offered to assist by looking through vehicle history records to uncover any information they may have. They returned my call after their inquiry and found that "no work was done to this car after we purchased it. You bought the car the same way that we purchased it with no changes." Ultimately, the help I received was of no help at all - SOMETHING was disclosed to them upon purchase of the vehicle, and (still) NOTHING has been disclosed to me. I am awaiting contact from CarFax with further details regarding the initial report.
I have cruised through some other customer reviews, and this seems to be a common practice with this dealership. BEWARE.

Great Van and great doing business with Ely ill start there. I had been looking for a full sized van color black with all wheel drive for a while (no easy task) and came across one on a used car site that seemed to be in great condition but was in Ohio and I'm in NY so I was very skeptical about proceeding with any kind of offer. I went and test drove one I had found locally and it was a POS. So I decided to call Finest Auto in Ohio. After speaking with Ely i definitely felt better and did give him an offer on the truck. We agreed on a price and he even handled the shipping! It arrived in just a few days after my bank funded the deal hoping for the best but expecting issues being the truck had 247 k miles on it. Both I and my son were very pleasantly surprised to see that this van was as it showed both esthetically and mechanically! I even brought it to my mechanic and he looked the truck over from front to back and was amazed at how well it was taken care of. We have all had some disappointments buying used vehicles but I have to say after 3 weeks +/- of using this van every day that I am very happy! Thank you Ely for being an honest guy (not many honest car dealers around!) and I will definitely buy from you again! Be well!

Nice little used car lot. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I went to look at. They were very friendly and let me test drive the vehicle twice. Could look under the vehicle, the hood anything you wanted to check out no problem. I would shop there again if they had a vehicle I was looking for.

I purchased a VERY nice used Audi from this dealership at a great price. The gentleman I dealt with was professional and courteous and was very helpful with the process. The vehicle I purchased was EXACTLY as described and I was extremely pleased with it.

Avoid at all cost, I purchased a 2007 Subaru Tribeca B9 August of 2021 and the check engine light came on after only 10 days. I have replaced a catalytic convert $600, radiators hoses and a thermostat $1000 and now the vehicle needs a new engine. The business owner has blocked my phone number even though he told me to contact him once I figured out what is causing my engine light to stay on. Please do not let the outside of his vehicles distract you from what under the hood!

Finest Auto Wholesale has been the best experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle. Ely was amazing! Great communication, quick response to all my questions and requests, A+ customer service, excellent price on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and totally as described. Drove about 3 hours to pick it up and it was worth every minute - the drive home was amazing. Title arrived in under 2 weeks with tracking. Could not wait to write this review. Anyone looking for an auto should start their search here.

Recently purchased a 2020 Infiniti QX80, and traded in a 2019 Honda Pilot. Process was very smooth and easy. Drove 2 hrs and looked at a similar vehicle at a different dealership. The one at Finest had about 1k more miles but was night and day difference in quality above the other one. They have top dollar trade and I was out of there with my “new to me” vehicle in about an hr. Great to deal with. Thanks again!

EDIT: I received a call from the owner Zach. He was very apologetic and professional. He listened to me as I walked him through my experience at his dealership. He was obviously disturbed that his salesman was treating customers the way he treated me. Zach offered to make it right and offered me a deal on the car if I still wanted it. Zach also offered to help me find the exact car I was looking for. Zach going out of his way to reach out, apologize, and try and work with me to make up for his salesman's behavior motivated me to change my review from one star.Original Review:DISHONEST AND RUDE SALESMAN I WOULD NOT TRUST THSE GUYS. I read some bad reviews about this place that made me question if driving 2 hours to look at a car from them was worth it but I made the decision to check it out for myself. I was looking to replace my Audi that was hit when parked on the street and totaled. When I requested to take a test drive he sent me down a residential road and asked that I come right back. When I asked if I could take it on main roads and the highway to get a real feel for the car he rudely asked when I was going to buy the car. I pointed out that the headlight mounts were broken and fixed with super glue indicating it’s been in an accident and someone cut corners to fix it. I had the salesman remove a plastic cover to get a look at the front crash bar. He tried to tell me that it wasn’t possible, the clips were one time use, and some other lies to prevent me from taking a look. The crash bar was bent and kinked indicating a serious accident but the salesman told me it was probably a minor fender bender and is nothing to worry about. I was also bothered by the fact that the salesman treated me as if I was a kid and didn’t know anything. When I attempted to negotiate a lower price because of the damage I was told I should look at cars in my price range and that the price is the price. Bottom line these guys are dishonest and rude do not waste your time.
