I'd give this zero stars if I could. I paid for two day shipping on a Thursday for Saturday. Get a notification location closed said they'd deliver on Sunday same update stated business closed. ITS A RESIDENCE!!! NOW IVE GONE 2 MORE DAYS WITHOUT MY VEHICLE FOR A PART NEEDED!! SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! The real joke is I live 500 feet from the hub

Don't know why but any package that ends up at this place sits there for a week before being delivered. I've resorted to immediately placing a 'hold at location' request on any FedEx package I get to avoid it being sent here.
Update: This place just keeps getting worse and worse...packages always arrive damaged. My last package coming from Utah arrived here and these clowns sent it down to Florida...now it will be delivered a week late.

An absolute joke that this place is still open. Everything sits for days or weeks. I stopped ordering from walmart because they route through this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My package was left with 3 other chewy boxes I only ordered one so right there should have been a flag to the driver something was wrong. My package got “delivered” to the wrong address at 9:50 AM and at 10am so 10 minutes later I seen the delivery driver asked him where he delivered my order to looks at me and says “are you 224?” I said yes and he said oh I haven’t delivered to you yet I said well my package says delivered. He said must not have been me. I live in a trailer park there was not 2 FedEx trucks in there at the same time. Lazy. Can’t read addresses or numbers I guess.

I had a couple of deliveries for my new business. Both times FedEx has said they can't find the address or it is undeliverable. Not sure how that's possible with a quick google search and no one else has had any issues getting to the business.
On one of them, the delivery driver or someone in FedEx decided to look up an old address and drop it off there. Not sure who authorized that but it was a dumb decision.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

FedEx Corporate needs to investigate this facility. Packages do not get delivered the day the tracking states. One tries to get an answer as to why it was not delivered and you end up speaking with a call center in the Philippines with an agent who is not an employee of FedEx. They refuse to give out the phone number to the Twinsburg sorting facility.
I had scheduled workers to be at my house on the 20th to install what was to be delivered on the 19th. Needless to say there was nothing to install. Waste of money and time. We'll see if it gets delivered today.
All items are scanned multiple times so there is a tracking history of where the product is. Tell me management, why were my items on a truck for delivery yesterday yet it was never delivered?

this location has had my package for 6 days without any movement. cannot get any info if or when they are going to deliver it. I never leave reviews for companies but I am making an exception for here.the management here should all be fired.they have the tools to do it right but not only do they not, they refuse to fix the problem.

Trash. I had a food delivery that I was supposed to get on Friday morning. It’s now Saturday and I’m being told I won’t have it until Monday and who knows if that’s true. I was willing to drive to this location to get it myself but apparently they are closed on the weekend which is stupid. My food may be ruined by Monday, I’m sure it can only be cold in the box for so long and then I’m out of money I spent. This location NEVER delivers on time and I hate it. I may have to cancel my food subscription if it keeps going through this hub. They need to be shut down.
Update: my package arrived Friday afternoon and of course as expected the food was bad. It had a horrible smell, it was warm and had to be thrown out. Now I have to contact the original company. Had FedEx been open Saturday I could have just picked it up myself. You guys are trash!

They need a different Saturday delivery guy. Always leaving packages between doors of apartment complexes where anyone can take the packages. I've had to make 2 reports because said packages were stolen!! Y'all need to look into this!!!!

Do not count on receiving must have items on the weekend. Today is Sat the 20th of Sept. We were to have a new hydraulic pump delivered that is desperately needed. They updated tracking saying we were closed at 14:09. We checked surveillance cameras. They lied. No one from FedEx tried to deliver a damn thing. FedEx in Twinsburg, OH is staffed with a bunch of damn liars. Find alternative shipping solutions when your business needs on time deliveries!!! Mail/package room has 24hr access. You can see that UPS dropped off their packages in mail room. We were in whse repairing equipment, waiting for pump!!! Zero stars if we could!! And lot pictures at 14:08:50 and 14:09:00 No FedEx truck here! And Sunday 10:46 to 10:50 no truck! 2 days of waiting!! And on 3rd day, this is what they deliver, damaged!!! Costing our company thousands!! Nice handling FedEx, what a waste of time and money.
