If there was a minus 5 star rating, that is what you'd get. I wasted a whole fucking day waiting for an item that was supposed to be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm .on 8/25/2023. Horrible facility. They constantly sit on packages rather than putting them on the truck and getting them delivered . Or it says tried to deliver but no valid address. Any time I see my package coming thru this facility. I know it's delayed at least 2 days. This facility is lazy

Try not to use Fed Ex in the NEOhio area. Always late, even time sensitive packages. They will mark delieverd and then drop them off a few days later. Will also mark that they attempted delivery but no one was home.
