Bad experience. Waited behind someone for a long time in drive thru. Guy ran in and out several times talking to driver ahead, then got on the phone! I gestured "what's up?" was totally ignored. Can't even acknowledge a customer? BYE!

Coolers need to be colder. Milk, pop, and beer piss warm. Don't know how many times I've bought milk and has been spoiled with good dates. Also fast lanes should be called slow lanes

They make you feel like family, everyone in the store is so polite. I moved away and still stop in there whenever I'm in Ohio.

You know, sometimes you just need beer. And wine. When someone told me there was a drive through beverage store on the east side, I laughed. At first it reminded me of college, than I remembered how brilliant this is during a pandemic. At first, you won't find much about Fast Lane online. They have no social media, no website, no Yelp (until now) but rather just a slightly questionable map marker on Google. Located inside a suburban plaza, you'll see it immediately from the street. Anticipate pulling around the building and drive slowly because the line will curl if its crowded. The attendant that assisted us was very friendly and helpful. I had a very specific wine in mind and he found it right away. He also made a good suggestion when one of our requests was out-of-stock. At Fast Lane you can get beverages (alcohol or non-alcohol), snacks and other basics. Friendly service and I would definitely return again.
