Don’t know if I got a new guy who was inexperienced or what but I was offered $50 cash or $90 store credit for a pc that was $2500 new last year and used a handful of times. Probably worth $1500 just in second hand parts on a real bad day. Would not recommend selling anything here.

We went in because my ps2 was not reading discs, Dan quickly found the issue and fixed it free of charge. Dan was very helpful and explained the issue my ps2 had. He even came out and said hi to our dog. The other staff working was also very friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this location.

Love this store, definitely lbtq friendly and they are friendly in general. They are will to negotiate prices and are willing to listen to you. Can't wait to see what they can do repairing something of mine.

Love love love this chain of stores. Finally made it to this location, and they delivered on the promise of their other stores.In this instance, I discovered that the battery in my New 3DS XL was swelling into a little pillow of doom. Most other stores would have you ordering one and waiting. This place has these batteries in stock, and many other basic DIY repair parts and tools.They even took the old swollen battery off my hands for me, so I don’t have to keep it sitting in some drawer. Thanks y’all.That doesn’t even begin to cover their bread and butter, a great selection of used games, consoles, audio, television, etc. at fair prices. Plus new modern games too.Since they donated to my charity event, I’ve made it a point to only buy new games at these stores.

Prices are a little high compared to other resale classic video game stores in the area. Employees are very helpful though.
