not even one star but zero wasn’t an option. WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!!! NEVER FRICKEN OPEN. Just locked up the doors and be done with it.

This place has so much in one store. I went for tape, but there's no air conditioning, it was so stuffy in there that I didn't even look at other items on the shelf.
When checking out, one side of the register broke and the self checkout didn't work. Luckily the last register worked.
They lost a star for no AC and another for non-working registers. So if you're in a hurry, maybe try a different store.

This store is a joke employment is rude not helpful and that's if they even show up! The place is never open and there is always a handwritten note on a locked door saying their closing early. Just please close this location down your giving dollar general a bad name and don't bother trying to shop here

Ghetto. Arrived to the store at 255pm they had some random hand written sign that said they was closing at 3pm. Its already bad enough that a dollar store is closing at 3pm then on top of that when I arrived it wasn’t even 3 yet and the damn doors was locked.

This store has been through hell and back in the last 7 years I have lived in Twinsburg. Since the remodel, its merchandised nicely. The staff (not consistent) has always been friendly, even though there is a lot of turnover. For a chain store, it is very difficult when you don't know when their daily closing time is. It has been closing at 3 or 4 or 5 p.m. over the last few years! I like that they are convenient but so hard to know when to shop. If you are working and cannot get there in the morning at 8 when they open, you probably miss them being open if you have to come after work...thus forcing you to shop elsewhere. Apparently there is management and staff issues, but this has been a consistent problem, not short term. Its too bad. Could be a great store for the neighborhood.

The lady by the name of Sherwyn is super friendly and helpful! I frequent this location when I visit a family member and she always remembers my name. I feel bad as she seems to work a lot due to the lack of help, hence why they have to close earlier. So no fault of their own. DG really needs to pay their employees better if they want to keep good help. Also when stores like DG mass produce and ship holiday junk each month, it’s hard to keep up. DG really needs to learn how to work on their supply chain management, because clearly it is an issue and disservice for the employees and customers.

I really enjoy the staff and store, but it often closes in the early afternoon. If you need to shop, do so before 2pm. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue and they don't have anyone to close the store or not.

There's always a tiny homemade sign on the door stating what hour they decided to close that day and to come back tomorrow. Absolutely useless store.

It's currently 3:16 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon. The store is closed. There's a handwritten sign on the store saying store closes at 3:00 today. They do this all the time. They are never open, they just close when they want to.

Store makes up its own hours every single day and they’re closed majority of the time. The two male employees are always extremely kind and helpful but the older woman is RUDE constantly. She told me I needed to get to the register and quit “browsing” when I was just trying to find an item I needed on their messy shelf so I said fine I’ll take my business elsewhere then if customers aren’t allowed to take more then half a second to find their item so she can go home and be lazy there too. It’s happened on more than one occasion and I was there at 430p each time. By far worst DG. Wouldn’t even waste your time trying bc they’ll be closed or she won’t allow you to shop for your items anyways.

8:45 am she locking the door because they new inventory pulled in but it’s two employees and she literally not doing anything. Rushed me the whole time im shopping so she could lock the door and no more of NOTHING

It's a nice little convenience store next to a bunch of small businesses. I frequently go in to get propel when I do not want to go far.
