Cashiers Michelle and Sally are so nice and sweet. It is a nice little place if you need to run in and out.
The lady in courtesy that answers the phone, Wendy, usually has an attitude and is rude. I was trying to get ahold of the pharmacy but no one was picking up so I called the front desk and I nicely said “hi! I’m trying to get ahold of the pharmacy but no one is picking up, can you transfer me please,” and she got all snotty and said, “yeah because they’re busy. Hold on.” And slammed the phone down..
As for the pharmacy, it’s been quite a headache. Christine with the blonde hair in the pharmacy is always hot and bothered and has a real attitude. She always slams the phone down and is extremely unprofessional. She will also gossip about previous people in the drive thru. She will argue about medications and say “oh we never got that script you will have to call your doctor” and slams the phone down. I’ll call back into
Someone else and they will have the script. It’s very frustrating and I always feel like whenever I call I’m bothering her and am a burden to her. I might have to switch pharmacies which is frustrating because this place is so close to me. It truly shows how one persons attitude and professionalism can change your entire experience. My old pharmacy I never had an issue with and they were nothing but professional. It’s a 30 minute drive compared to 3 minutes to drug mart But if this is the case and how it’s going to be with drug Mart, I’m not going to play any more games and I’ll just switch back to my old pharmacy and find somewhere else to give my business..

Discount Drug Mart is the one stop shop. The Reminderville store is the best. I have never had a bad experience. The store is very clean and all staff I have encountered are very kind. Jessica is always there and always willing to help when I am looking for something specific. All around great store!

I love this store so many great employees! Was just there and 2 helped me a lot, didn’t catch the nice man’s name who helped me with juice! Then Jessica who is awesome helped me find contact paper :)
(shout out to Sandy who also works there she’s amazing, and all the others who have been so kind to me over the years)

I love this Drug Mart! I’m here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The staff is all so kind and friendly, especially Jessica! Shelves are always stocked and lines are always relatively short. I love it here.

This is my favorite Drug Mart store. All the employees are friendly and everything is usually in stock. Wait time is never long. Decent beer/wine selection. Automotive/Plumbing/Electrical sections save me trips to the big box stores. Its a one stop shop for me!

This has to be the greatest Drug Mart in the world simply because of the people who work there! Jessica, Dantia, Ralph and the rest of the crew always bring a smile to my face and make it feel like home when I’m up there!
