Check the expiration date on OTC and vitamins/supplements. Ive encountered quite a few dates that are with in weeks of expiration or past.

I really enjoy shopping at my local CVS. I save a ton of money with the coupons on the app. I have saved over $700.00 this year so far. The staff at my CVS are always friendly and helpful! The manager (can't remember his name) is always out on the floor helping customers and always has a easant greeting.

Wow, so CVS processed all my 2022 scripts thru a coupon that they used for my shingles shot. Whoever processed my payment continued to use the coupon. Even though I spend $752.00 this year on scripts, my insurance Wellcare shows only $32.00 going toward my deductible. 6 hrs of trying to solve this problem. I was told by CVS to call the corporate office so they can reverse the payment. CVS sent me to Wellcare, Wellcare sent me back to CVS. I have to do all the paperwork to prove that I paid for my scripts and send it to wellcare. CVS screwed up, but they can't fix the problem. WOW!!! Going to Walgreens!!!!

I am so disgusted with Big Pharma, insurance and the games they play and especially CVS. Went to get a new prescription filled at CVS and with insurance, my price was over$250.00, my comment to them was, it's no wonder people are living on the street! Tried using Good Rx and it brought it down to $183.00, a friend with my said don't get it filled here, you can go elsewhere (Meijer, DrugMart, walMart, and get it for much less. We went to Meijer, which is not around the corner from us, but the price for the same prescription was $6.98!!!I will be moving my prescriptions away from CVS! Also, when I was there the other day, saw that a dozen eggs were $7.00! Gouge the customers! They may be convenient, but not a good business.

I normally have a very good experience at all CVS stores. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. The pharmacy staff was very rude, short and non helpful. They rushed you while speaking to you, over talked you and spoke at a higher tone to out speak you. As I mentioned, always a good experience but this one is bad. The pharmacy staff member Mariah was very rude and after realizing she must have been rude and continuing to do so, she started trying to have a conversation with me by saying "You look spiffy today". Rude, non caring and unprofessional. Pretty sure they don't care about this review but I needed to get this out.

We scheduled our Covid-19 test here due to being very symptomatic. We pulled up to the pharmacy counter window and checked in. They handed us our test and told us to give it to ourselves. I am very concerned and confused as to how this is even ok. Then we put the tests in an outside mailbox thing that was not locked and was bulging because of previous tests that were done. This should not be allowed in any circumstances due to the severity of the Covid-19.

Scheduled a Covid booster for my daughter, called day of to confirm it was still in because of a massive snow storm. Not until we got there did they let us know they were canceling all appointments. Par for the course at this place- stay away!

I went to the pharmacy this morning due to a prescription issue that caused my script to be issued and then reshelved. The prescription was then no longer available for some reason. I was out of my medication. The pharmacy tech, I believe her name was Tori, was so kind. She helped me get an emergency supply and assisted in educating me and helping to rectify the issue. I was absolutely blown away and floored by the awesome customer service I received this morning.
