The people here were very nice and helpful, they took me a day before my appt time but I also delivered hazmat so that plays a role in the unloading process. It took about 10 minutes for me to get someone to come out but today is Sunday so I had to wait a little but nonetheless, I was able to get unloaded and on my way to my next load.

Got late 25min given door right a way full trailer loaded within hour thank you all..friendly fast shipper guess what I got 2 bottle coke from vending machine for free I could take more than 2 but naahhhh 2 is enough for 1 driver. thank you Coca cola Twinsburg team.

If you want to waste your day and your time, this is the place. They take 3 to 5 hours to load and there is no overnight parking. If they finish like me at 11 at night, you have to go and see how you manage.

Pulled many loads out of here over the years. Unfortunately I cannot say any of them were good experiences. Whether showing up early or on time it doesn't make a difference, expect to spend no less than 3 hours here if you're lucky. People all seem nice but I don't know if they're lazy or just their system sucks.

Very polite at the guard shack and the office. Make sure you have straps or load locks or they will not load you. Closest pilot is 25 minutes away.

Yard dog was extremely rude. Security here was nice though but totally overshadowed by the yard dog.
