Top notch facility. Great care, fast service, friendly staff. I am in and out every time. Appointments on time and little or no wait in rooms. Main Campus is the same way. I have never used the ER.

Wow I have been waiting her for 2 hours in terrible pain and have not gotten any treatment yet. I'm an RN and we would triage and put patients with pain ahead. Not so here. It's almost the worst pain I've had on my life and here I sit. Pain is making me nauseous. They really need to overhaul this place I don't even want to give this place a 1. I have watched people who came in after me be called in. I don't think I will ever be back. Update the doctor was wonderful. But I was there a total of 4 hours. Very long time to wait.

I've have used this ER a few times and we're currently here as I have Covid and feel horrible but my husband is high risk with COPD and heart issues so it was recommended that he come here and after many hours, they have only triaged and done a chest X-ray. We've been sitting in the waiting room for hours. No one checks on you - you don't exist. I've seen lots of folks leave after treatment but they still claim the beds are full. Worst ER! More folks are walking out without being seen. Why do we come here. What's an ER purpose?

I was transported to this facility when I fell on ice and injured my back. They barely examined me. They ordered X-rays and said it was a back strain. Sent me home with instructions to take Tylenol. A few days later I called them because my pain level was worse only to be told "there was nothing more they could do ". The woman I spoke with was extremely rude. I made the decision to be transported back there since I wasn't able to stand without extreme pain. Upon arrival I heard a woman say "oh you are the one who called". After another exam they decided on a CT which reviewed I had a compression fracture in my spine.

I get to Cleveland clinic at 2:40 took me to x-ray I don't know what the holdup is waiting on them I think I got bronchitis or pneumonia and they just stand around ain't doing shit

We have been coming here for years. From the beginning, nothing but the best service, care, and timeliness. From the front desk to the nursing staff and doctors this facility is first rate. In all honesty, I've been happier with the service at this location than at the main campus downtown. I

Family Health Center Physical Therapy is wonderful! The clinicians were all very kind to my teen and explained everything to us, along with printed out at home exercises. The facility is beautiful and clean. The check in experience is very easy with computer terminals in the lobby.
