Bank employees will make up rules on the spot to get out of doing work.

In between work appointments, because didn't have time to go to my local branch, I stopped at the Twinsburg branch... I was told to take a seat and the person at the desk would be with me as soon as she got off the phone. I sat there and heard her telling the person on the phone to go online to customer service for help. She was in no way trying to wrap up the call... I could not sit there any longer.. so i left... I should have gone with my first impression when I saw the condition of the building, parking lot and landscaping... the service matched. I don't see this branch surviving

Completely rude staff, including the manager. When we went in asking to process two wire transfers. Instead of being patient and working with a little old lady. They told us to go to another branch bc they were too busy to help. We are planning to close out our accounts.

There are no bank tellers here. They’ve been replaced by a machine. Disappointing.

No one answers the phone. One customer service representative who is not a teller directs you to use the automated machines and offers no other services. Useless waste of real estate. To compound the issue, the automated phone service provides no service at all. It directs you to use the website to determine where services are available and to schedule or change appointments. It actively prevents you from being connected to a person. This is (im)personal banking now? I will close all my accounts with Chase and move them to a competitor where I actually spoke to a human the first time I called.

I used to love this Chase bank and the people that worked there and have been a Chase customer for over 25 years but once they changed this local branch in Twinsburg into a weird hybrid where there are no tellers and they do not handle cash transactions and you can't cash checks or deposit monies I really hate this branch. I have nothing against the very nice people that work there but I am upset with Chase Bank for changing the services and I have had to travel to neighboring cities to do my business and my kids accounts. I hope they change it back to the way it was or we will have to close out our accounts at Chase and go to another bank in town...it would be a shame and a bother but I am hoping we can get our old bank back.

I became a customer of the Twinsburg location when I moved back to the area. I really liked the small hometown feel. I have remained with them through several changes because they maintained the small bank feel. Then this crazy change was made. It is no longer a bank. I find it hard to understand what it is. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

This is not a bank with tellers. Had to drive a ways to find another chase bank. Staff was friendly though!

Made an appointment in the branch after I was told by appointment only. Not mad about it. Waited for the next available time that lined up with my schedule a week later to find out the appt had not been made and they would be closing early because they had 3 call outs. Seriously... it seems like there are people out there who want to work. Give them a chance.

Useless branch. No point to go here unless you need to use ATM.
