Would have deducted .5, but read on...Josh did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress.The rear passenger side of my car got backed into by a box truck, so I had them do the insurance work to repair the rear of the vehicle.Damage included rear bumper, stop/tail light, backup light, reflectors, cross traffic radar sensors, rear fender, trunk floor, trunk hinge adjustment to realign the trunk lid.I also had them do extra work to repair a scratch on the driver's side rear door, and repaint the hood to remove all the stone chips (120K+ miles of freeway travel).For the most part, the work looked great. However, I had to take the car back to get the hood redone. It had dirt in the paint, and the stone chips had not been filled/sanded... just painted over. After the repaint, the hood looks like new, now. All other paint was perfect the first time. ???Slight alignment issues with the hood. And the new rear bumper sticks out from the rear fenders slightly at the top on both sides. I will follow-up with Josh to see if easy for me to adjust both of them, or if I need to stop back in.In the end, the final result looks great.

If you go here, try to work with Josh Brown. Really knows what he is doing, and his customer service skills are impeccable. I strongly suggest asking if he is there before working with others. Everything was done as stated. Iam on my way to pick up my vehicle.

We recommend Crash Champions Twinsburg Ohio. We would/will use them again. A special thanks to Tim who did the estimate for our Vehicle repair. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. His estimate was accurate and the repair and cost was just like he estimated. Our Vehicle was done actually one day ahead of when promised. On October 31st, I had an accident in Chicago that hit from behind me by a woman while waiting at a signal. On November 18, I put my car to Crash Champion which was recommended by the insurance company, and received an estimate of $2,090.47. 10 days after I considered the repairs completed and visited the crash champion to pick up the car, but they didn't do anything and gave me a new estimate of $4,947 and said the car scrap would be better. Because body shop kept silent, I wasted about 10 days worth of rental car expenses. When I took over the car and inspected it without repairing it, all the warning lights (.vsc/abs/brake . The check engine lights came on), even though there were no warning lights before I leave my car. The car was totally destroyed include the catalytic converter.
