From replacing transmission, brakes, radiators , to auto collision and painting. He and his family are great friends of our family. We recently had some collision work done on the car. “Would have deducted .5, but read on...Josh did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress.The rear passenger side of my car got backed into by a box truck, so I had them do the insurance work to repair the rear of the vehicle.Damage included rear bumper, stop/tail light, backup light, reflectors, cross traffic radar sensors, rear fender, trunk floor, trunk hinge adjustment to realign the trunk lid.I also had them do extra work to repair a scratch on the driver's side rear door, and repaint the hood to remove all the stone chips (120K+ miles of freeway travel).For the most part, the work looked great. However, I had to take the car back to get the hood redone. It had dirt in the paint, and the stone chips had not been filled/sanded... just painted over. After the repaint, the hood looks like new, now. All other paint was perfect the first time. ???Slight alignment issues with the hood. And the new rear bumper sticks out from the rear fenders slightly at the top on both sides. I will follow-up with Josh to see if easy for me to adjust both of them, or if I need to stop back in.In the end, the final result looks great.”
