Bought a custom NR200 build. From order to delivery took less than 2 weeks. Worked out of the box without any hiccups. Nice cable management and everything. These guys rock!

Tried to buy an enterprise SSD online (~$800). They immediately charged my card. Next two days we went back and forth as to why they needed to charge $220 more for the drive. Every reason they gave I was able to immediately discredit. Very scummy and disingenuous business.
Edit:
They finally agreed to sell me the drive for the original price. I was actually so frustrated with the experience I read their terms of sale to see if they're allowed to cancel and odde that has already been paid for as not all companies do (e.g. Amazon doesn't which is why they charge you at the time of shipment).
The price wasn't egregiously below MSRP to be a mistake, so I am disappointed with the experience, but I am happy I got what I wanted at the price what I wanted.

I had been saving up for years to invest in a solid gaming tower pc. I knew I wanted it custom built but wasn’t sure what company to go with or which parts would be the best. Everyone I talked to had strong opinions about various companies and it seemed like no one could agree which was best.
I stumbled onto the Ava direct website while doing some google research and because of how easy the custom build interface was I decided to go with them. I was a little worried because there were some bad reviews but they were all dated more than a few years ago so I decided to take the chance and I was not disappointed!
It was so easy to pick the parts I wanted and compare prices and specs. I also loved the amount of customer service. Shortly after placing the order they reached out to me to thank me for choosing them and also to touch base with me on how long they estimated it would take to get all the parts in and assembled. They also politely asked me for any feedback I had regarding navigating and using the website and pc builder tool. A small gesture that I appreciated and found very thoughtful is when I replied with my feedback they actually acknowledged it instead of leaving me on read so to speak.
I was really impressed with the packaging. The amount of safety and protection that went into keeping my pc safe. The outer most box was fairly damaged but the inner box was untouched. (there was a big shipping box and inside was a second box with the actual of). They even included all of the different manuals and manufacture warranty info type papers that came with the individual parts as well all the extra cables and such which I really liked.
My pc was very easy to get set up and even easier to get everything up and going in terms of downloading the various programs I wanted.

Not only are they the most flexible and customizable PC Builder I've found, but they are willing to work with you to add any parts that you might not find on their website if you desire it. The build quality is the best I've ever had from years of ordering PCs across different builders. Normally when I order PCs they come with incorrect RGB headers, USBs might not be set up properly, etc. None of this from AVADirect, they communicated with me constantly, provided updates on the order and offered suggestions and alternatives I could swap to adjust shipping time. The PC arrived perfectly and is constructed at the highest quality I've ever received. I've recommended AVA to my friends and will be using them for every upgrade going forward.

Excellent service from the team at AVA.I initially submitted an order and received a quick response with questions (!) that helped fine tune my selections. That follow up was key as I had assumed the selections I had made would do the job.The refined choices made the end result that much better and efficient for my requirements. Kudos to Joe and the group!

The build quality of the computer I ordered was excellent and I really appreciated the attention to detail as well as my preferences. They went out of their way to substituting custom fans for the stock radiator fans that I had ordered, which really was the icing on the cake. This was a 10/10 experience for me. The system's performance in both benchmarks and real-world use scenarios are off the charts. Their willingness to work with me on exactly what I wanted with exactly the parts I wanted yielded this result. It's an outstanding piece of work and has been a great customer experience.

Had AVA build a custom all white PC gaming machine for me. They did an amazing job! I lack the knowledge, or the time to build my own machine, so I thought I'd try them.Their website makes it easy to build a custom machine, and if they don't have the parts in stock, they will try and obtain them for you.My original build had some incompatible parts. I wouldn't have known, but their sales department contacted me and gave me some other alternatives.Kyle from the sales team was great, and helped me every step of the way!Before you place your order they send you out a quote and show you your exact build. So you don't have to worry that you ordered the wrong parts. Also, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to gouge you, like a lot of other companies do. They're completely up from with what you're going to get.After I placed my order, it only took ten days. I was expecting at least a month, because of supply chain issues. The PC was packed securely in a double box with expandable foam inside to keep the parts from coming dislodged. The box included all the accessories, and manuals that came with the various parts.It took about 30 minutes to unbox and setup my system. I hit the power button and I was off and running.I love my new PC and will be using AVA Direct in the future!I recommend AVA to anyone who is looking to have a custom build done. Lastly, I was glad to give my business to a smaller company , and not some giant corporation.They're base in Ohio where I lived most of my life. I only wish I lived there so I could thank them in person.Thanks again to Kyle and Craig for helping me with my build!

I've ordered 2 computers from AVA. Both of them were well built and incredibly well packaged/shipped. One had a little fan noise, but it was more a problem of the part I picked than the computer, and on the second computer I just communicated what I wanted them to check for during testing and they did.They communicate part availability and ship-times very clearly, which is always appreciated.

Poor service, good hardware. I bought a laptop from AVADirect last summer. This has been an excellent computer however they sent me the wrong AC adapter. This meant that my computer was functioning at 2/3 capacity for nearly a year. I finally figured out the problem (who expects the wrong ac adapter) and contacted customer service. After 6 weeks of calls and emails I was told I would need to pay to ship the AC adapter back to the manufacturer. This is a ridiculous response to a problem they caused. I really like my computer but the customer service and technical support experience from AVA has been severely lacking.
