I have an auto loan through WPCU, I write and mail checks on time, but then they just sit somewhere for weeks not getting cashed until I'm a couple days from writing and mailing another check. I'm going to go to a different company to take over the loan because of poor CS.

I would not recommend Wright Patterson Credit Union to anybody their wait times are unreasonable, their phone system is not user friendly. Not only those issues, but for the elderly population, dealing with them is a nightmare. We have been trying for at least 3 weeks now to access an account that our parent has there in order to pay her bills... all the legal documents have been submitted and I gave them my drivers license FOUR times to prove that I am who I am and legally allowed to transact for an elderly parent. The final straw was when they informed us that the letter from her physician wasn't properly dated to match the notary date!!! What physician office dictates a letter, has the doctor sign it and then has it notarized all in the same day?? In effect, their legal department has called the physician, the two witnesses, and the notary liars. We'll be moving all of our assets as soon as possible. May be we should accuse them of slander and malicious with holding of personal assets!!! No stars for this bank- and by the way, this post would not go through unless I at least clicked on one star. That's no lie either!

I went the Troy,Ohio Wright Patt and Teller and another customer stated that they was happy not wearing a masks. I was not happy to here that because facing people whom work for the public. I know for a fact the company l work for only 60 out of 100 took the shots. SO CLOVER YOUR FACE! By the way the customer work for AAA.

The worst bank ever! Nice hold music for all the time you will spend on hold! Plus multiple phone calls you will make fixing your accounts from payments you make. Learn their number now. They will lie to you and they will cheat you out of your money. I would give negative stars if I could.

Out of all the WPCU’s I’ve been to this is one of the worst. The location is dangerous to drive in and out of. On top of that when I was waiting on a replacement debit card I attempted to use the drive through. They served 3 cars that arrived AFTER me before the people before me were even helped.Maybe focus on the order of the lines instead of picking who you serve!

The manager, Janae’ is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. And in 12 years of being a member, I never came across one rude teller.

I was at the window at 6pm, and they had already shut down their machines. It’s bad enough they shortened hours, but the gentleman claimed everything was already closed down at 5:59. Both reps refused to cash my check. I’ve been a member for 11 years and that was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I had been considering changing banks and financing future large purchases elsewhere. THAT just sealed the deal. I’ll be closing my account very soon.

The first time i called today for help the lady was so rude and hung up on me ... Witch i understand if she couldnt awnser my question but she was so rude and i was on hold for 14 mins before i talked to her just for her to sound annoyed and then hang up on me. I was about to switch banks by how disrespectful she was to me. I called again and the next lady i talked to named chelsi (might of spelled it wrong) was really nice and helpful and so i wont switch banks but that first lady i talked to needs to drop the attitude so rude. Chelsi was great and very nice.

Do your banking elsewhere!!! If there is a negative star it would be 5 negative stars.When Wright-Patt Credit Union makes mistakes and takes your money out of your account in error they do not want to resolve the issue all they do is try to ignore that they made the mistake. You file a complaint and they say they will resolve it and will call you back but they lie! They don't call back They just hope you will give up and go away. CONSUMER BEWARE!! Reporting to the NCUA
