“So my husband and I went to the boutique a few years ago when we were visiting family. We do not live in Troy. But, I thought it was cute and started following it on facebook. Recently, I made an online order and something happened with the order and Shelia went above and beyond to make sure that I received my order. Not only did she go to the post office, but she also is replacing it since the post office lost my earlier order. This is exactly why I support small businesses. Shout out to Echo and Shelia!”
