HOT need to fix their air conditioning, need to clean and stock the store.
As of 2024 things are worse. The air conditioning got fixed but the grocery was full of out of date food and it was filthy and in need of stocking. My cashier was clearly high. I won't be going back

Convenient. Produce isn't always the freshest and employees aren't always inviting or assisting. Improvement could be made. Long waiting in line even on slow days.

Do you even TEACH your cashiers how to bag? They just throw my food in the bags. Canned goods every witch way. I ask to not make the bags heavy because I'm old. They never do. And a few of them are RUDE

Ok ... so I have a health condition that prohibits me from safely wearing a mask. -Sue- got IN MY FACE with her mask on incorrectly demanding me to put on my mask. When I explained I didnt have too( mind you there are people all around me NOT WEARING A MASK AND HERS IS BELOW HER NOSE) SHE GOT EVEN CLOSER TO ME.... I COULD SMELL HER RANK BREATH to tell me it's a state mandate.
Almost as bad as your yellow vest "Beth" saying welcome to hell..... to all customers.

Trying to check out and a young girl employee of Walmart kept coming up and getting upset w me for not scanning correctly almost taunting me.
I finally told her to respect my space she wouldn’t then I told her to get away from me and she started yelling f bombs.at me screaming “ please threaten me” spiting all over me.
Manager or supervisor then comes up tells me to leave that I threatened the worker. I told her I didn’t and she argued w me. I asked her if she witnessed the confrontation she wouldn’t answer me then said no she hadn’t witnessed the co formation then she ran off. Found a manager named Tammy who seemed so annoyed and bothered by me.
What world do we now live in Where it’ s OK to scream and curse at customers, taunt them then put all the blame on that customer when you as a manager didn’t even see the confrontation. An employee under management supervision is being taught that they can invade your space, spit on tuoy while they’re screaming at you and for a manager to take sides assuming who should be blamed . This place is horrible. I will never come back here. My hometown is Troy and this is such a disappointment to know that we have community members, working here treating people who live in the Their hometown like this. I will not let this go. nobody should be treated like that. Bullies grow up to be adult bullies and these women I encountered today are the mean girls if this world and I can tell you my 10 year old daughter had more grace than they’ll ever have .

Waited for someone to cut fabric for 20 minutes. No one came after 3 pages.
Asked electronic folks if they could help. Nope. They are not trained. Called the store, while in the store. Still no help.
Perhaps put up a sign that says what hours a customer can expect some assistance in fabric.
