I recently switched from straight talk to Verizon and Haley made what I thought would be a really stressful situation so smooth and seamless! She answered all of my questions and walked me through everything. I’ve had a great experience with Verizon since!

My technician / sales person was Haley and I found her to be pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. Haley was very helpful and made sure I was getting all the discounts I was eligible for. This is the 2nd time I have used TCC for my cell phone needs and I have been pleased with the business both times.

Cassidy was great. She really was patient with my mom. My mother is in her 70's. Cassidy was so kind with assisting her with her new phone and answered every question she had about if we added my dad to my mom's accounts. I only come to Troy and I only see Cassidy. Cassidy helped me when I bought my new phone. So I brought my mom in today to see Cassidy so Cassidy can help my mom to get her new phone.

I went in the Troy, Oh. store to switch my phone & internet services over to Verizon. I knew this process would take a little while. Jacob was the employee who helped me. I'm probably 45 years older than Jacob, didn't seem to matter to him. We joked and laughed through the entire process. I felt like I got a great deal with Verizon and Customer Service!

Jacob was an excellent help. We chose our two new phones and one was quickly configured and ready for use. One of our phones had a lot more data to transfer and so the process was taking time. His time on shift ended and Cassidy saw the process through to completion. We are so grateful for all of the extra care provided to make this process successful! Our new phones and accessories are fantastic!

I had to come into Verizon this past week because my phone was acting wonky. As a 25 year old millennial I truly can usually fix my tech issues on my own however this one wasn’t going to go my way. We met with Jacob who let us know he was new and only had been there 2 weeks. His personality was not your usual sales type of pushy and assertive but instead was so friendly, knowledgable, (and when he didn’t know something he wasn’t afraid to ask for help instead of making up something on the spot.) and cared about my issue as much as I did. My husband and I spent an hour talking to him and never felt the burden of having to purchase a new phone or feel like we were pressured into buying the most expensive model they had. He was understanding and truly walked us through the whole process and instead of waiting for phone contacts apps and pictures to transfer feeling like pulling teeth, he made the process fly by. We really enjoyed working with Jacob and wish him the best in his future with Verizon. I know we will request him if we have to come back!
