What a GREAT experience! Marissa was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was transparent throughout the process and also very friendly. Coop and Alex were there during the entire upgrade and added some additional information to make me feel 100% confident in my switch to Verizon!

Cooper (I think that’s her name) was very helpful and was a 10/10 in regards to customer service! Very rare now a days and especially from someone so young! Good for her!

Had an older iPhone that presented a lot of challenges during the upgrade. The Verizon team at this location took the time to make sure everything transferred and worked properly. A++ service!

We had a wonderful experience working with CASSIDY on a new Verizon plan. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and exceeded our expectations. Even as senior citizens, Cassidy not only took her time with us, but treated us with the upmost respect. We are very happy with her service. You can't go wrong with Cassidy.
