Buyers beware!!!
I’ve been trying to get paint chipped on my suv that was there when I bought it over a year ago and now it’s starting to rust! My husband and I have called so many times and every time they say the paint guy will get ahold of us.
Now I have to pay another company to do this out of my own pocket. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Dave Arbogast!!!!!

Typical dealership. Our salesman had a bit of a temper, and the dealership was so unorganized with our paperwork. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. They were supposed to detail the vehicle, but they didn't do it. But I do have to say that we did get a fair deal.

Can’t say enough thank yous or good things to the guys at Arbogast in the used car department. Michael Cole was warm, welcoming, extremely considerate and patient from the minute we walked through the door. He considered my situation with my dad at my side with the same care I know he would want someone to use if it were he and his daughter. Even after my dad and I left to check out “that place up the road” and were terribly misguided, Michael welcomed us back and put all of our concerns at ease. John Thompson is a fantastic manager and runs an exceptional crew. It’s very obvious by the energy in the office and the way his employees are happy to be working for him. Very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful himself. Last but not least, David in finance was so patient with us after we had such a long day, we were hungry and tired and probably a little grouchy and David made the final steps in the process a breeze and enjoyable. You can tell he is a master of his trade. Not only did he get us the best rate through the credit union we preferred but he also gave very useful insight and non-biased information to my credit score. Not to mention both Michael and David stayed well after hours to make sure I walked off the lot with the car I wanted and feeling totally confident with my purchase. Thank you guys so much, you all went above and beyond for my dad and I and I can’t thank you enough. Do yourself a favor and skip the place down the road and start and end your search for a used vehicle with these guys at Arbogast!

Bought a very nice Tahoe ltz, but sales was rude and long story short had a check engine light which they said it was because they put new plugs. They said they would fix it which supposedly was 2 injectors. About a month later i decided to change the wires because it was miss firing. Thwy put 7 non iridium plugs all hand tight and left the original plug in cylinder 8, they put a ford oul filter on it and was over filled,and the air filter was falling apart it was so old. So after hundreds of dollars of fixing their incompetent tecks work or intentional sabotage i finally spoke to ted i believe which is upper management he apologized sincerely and offered 2 free services. Not sure i would trust them at this point but i accepted and he said he would be in touch within 1 week with a code when i do come...been 2 months and not a peep. Love the tahoe but i hope no one else has to go through what i did..

This will be our 2nd purchase at Arbogast. 2 years ago a new Acadia denli. The sales persons are very knowledgeable, friendly and go far beyond to help.Will only deal here as do most of our family.

Mark was great to work with and not your typical car salesman who you find that can be really pushy. The guys were all very professional and took pride in their work by the looks of things. We had to unfortunately get rid of our lifted 2013 Chevy Silverado due to frame rust issues as it could of become a life or death situation if the frame gave our while driving. But thankfully we found another lifted truck we liked and even though we had to say goodbye to our beloved 6.2 Silverado we were pretty happy to have found a truck that caught our eye, have all the options we needed and also somewhat in our budget! So we purchased a used 2016 GMC Sierra. Had no issues other than a few small things that Mark made sure got looked at and fixed. Unfortunately what we were told about with the rotors being machined and breaks being newer wasn't really true. The rotors are some of the worst we've seen with being pitted and nasty looking. It's obvious someone in the shop didn't look at them upon inspection. Its nothing that we can't fix just annoying it wasn't caught and taken care of in the beginning especially when the dealership is almost an hour away one way.Regardless if your looking for a new "used" vehicle I'd definitely recommend that you head to Arbogast and speak with Mark for your used care needs.

I highly recommend Mike Cole if you are looking for a used car. My son and I had visited Arbogast on a busy day and still Mike took time make us feel like valued customers answering all our questions. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you are walking you child through their first big purchase and Mike made the effort to make it stress free as possible. He is very personable and I believe he conducts business honestly, and with integrity.

I have to give a shout out to Mike Cole, one of the sales representatives. We showed up to the dealership looking to trade our vehicles and loaded him up with two trades for two cars at 1 pm. As you know buying a car is a process to begin with, but two of them at once with little or no notice. Mike was by far the best sales representative we have had and we trade in cars a lot. He stuck with us and rose to the challenge and did it well. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle ask for him and reach out specifically ask for him before you show up. You won't be disappointed.
