I've banked with U.S for 16 years and to say I'm disappointed with their customer service is an understatement. I just left there and the lady working the drive-thru was absolutely rude. They either need training again on how to speak with customers or find another job. Rather than explaining something nice she was very rude and aggressive with her tone. Uncalled for and I'll be looking for a new bank.

The CSR I had today was amazing, and so patient. She really went above and beyond. I believe her name was Espinoza. I apologize if I butchered her name.I work in Piqua, but come to the Troy location. Piqua location will let an older man loiter and solicit for Donald Trump. I'll take my money without a side of cultist. Thank you, Troy location. It seems that you get it. By get it, I mean, common sense.

This branch of US Bank hasn’t had their cash deposit service on the ATM fully functional in a week and my account keeps getting hit with overdraft fees because I can’t deposit my money.

I really liked my original branch in Sherwood, but it's been razed, so this is the only branch left in Troy. So far all of my experiences here have been positive. The bankers are always helpful and super friendly.

US Bank is the absolute WORST Bank! As staff lack basic customer service skills doing business is extremely difficult. I have changed branches to improve service and it is no better than the last. US Bank . I called to speak with a supervisor and was dumped into the basic que. I will be closing All of my accounts Monday morning.

I when I first opened my accounts at this branch I was so.pleadec with the prompt and friendly customer service. I have visit he branch multiple times since then and it has been the opposite experience. They are consistly understaffed with LONG waits for simple transactions. They do not respect their customers time, forcing this situation visit after visit.

Visit here every few days for work purposes and it's always a pleasure. Every one greets you immediately, and they knew me and greeted me by first name after just two visits, that means a lot. Even though most of my transactions are simple and quick, I love chatting it up with my US Bank ladies! Haha. Great service.
