No handicap access, only steep 10 steps to front door .. Very VERY difficult for me and other disabled customers .. I need my PO Box, but can only get mail whenever someone is available to assist me ..Also, handicap parking is around the corner .. REALLY?TERRIBLE !!

I'm giving 1 star just because the young man who I believe is a newer employee was so respectful the other day. As for Tamala Burton the Post Master she is allowing her mail carriers to not do their jobs. The 1 employee lied to me and then he tried blaming the problem on another USPS. It used to mean something to be a USPS and an employee of a USPS.

The young man (newer employee) was so patient and kind as we shipped 4 boxes, 1 internationally. Would come back just to work with him.

The Postmaster of Troy Ohio is very rude. She does not know how to treat people with Respect. Unfortunately, that trickles down to the employees that work below her. We had a rude mailman who would only deliver our mail on days he felt like it I was even told that by another mailman. He blames it on dogs. So guess what they can just tell you your not getting anymore mail. My dogs are house dogs. Only out on chain when I'm with them. (Restroom breaks) The Post office used to mean something. The employees have always done their job. Just like the Military, have always had the upmost respect. They showed you the same Respect. What is happening to our country?!

First time having to come here since mailman didn't deliver package at our apartment. We explained our situation and they were so kind and willing to help us retrieve it the same day. I'm very happy with our experience today!!

If you can’t do stairs you have to go to Tipp City. The historic status of the post office in Troy means it’s not usable to many disabled people.

Ordered stamps. Left MO on 20th. Troy Post Office wont deliver. Says mail box not secure. Wont bring to apt door. Wont answer phone. What is their problem?

On January 19, 2023 at around 10:00AM I went to the post office to send an overnight envelope to one of my insurance carriers. I was told that overnight meant by 6:00PM the next day. 6:00PM is after the insurance company closes. The USPS clerk said “it should be there before 5:00PM, but could not guarantee it. So. I left and went to FedEx, they guaranteed a 10:30AM next day delivery, weather permitting. The important envelope arrived at the Insurance Carrier at 9:16AM, and delivered in a World class manner.

Not sure what the 2.5 stars is about. I do a ton of shipping through this facility from ebay sales, and I've never had a bad experience. There's occasionally long lines but on the worst day it's been a 10min wait. The two gentleman that often work the counter are very helpful and friendly. Best usps I've been to.

Poor service with this post office. Mailman stopped delivering mail to my house for one week.. I have called 4 times with no response on what happened to the mail that I should have received. I guess this is what happens when you put Federal Government employees in charge of things. Very frustrating.

Was to have a certified letter delivered. I work from home and I'm right by my front door. No knocking and didnt get the notice until the next day which was another work day and they didn't knock again Friday while I was waiting for him, just a notice that they attempted delivery. Like really? My dog barks her head off when the mailman shows up and she has been silent. Now I've probably missed my important letter due to negligence
