Went in to order parts... excellent customer service. However what is not appropriate is letting employees wear political hats.... not a good look. Do not appreciate and do not want to do business with politics involved.

Well went TSC Troy to buy a trailer to haul ATV. Went my other stores and the trailers were all scratched and dented. Prices were comparable. Quality was definitely better and perfect condition. If I wanted scratched and dented I'd buy used. Braiden helped me as soon as I come I. The store and went straight outside. They were busy but cashier was talking care of checkout. He got the title and even made sure the lights worked before we drove away! Definitely very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. We got the 5.5' x 9' because of the extra features and better wheels. Worthy the extra drive and money.

Friendly service from all. They are my go-to for my particular brand of dog food, as it has been difficult to find elsewhere in the big bags. Plus, we recently had a litter of puppies, and I came here many times for various supplies, which they always had and at a great price. Excellent experience overall.

Bought a gun cabinet online for store pickup. When I showed up and checked in they brought it out. It was the display model. No box, no paperwork, nothing. I said I did not want the floor model but one in a box new like I ordered and paid for. Was informed that's all they had and was out of luck. I checked it out and there was a big scratch right down the front asked about opening it up and they didn't even have the key! Had I not got out i would have been sent on my way with a damaged cabinet that i wouldnt even be able to open. I said it was kinda ridiculous they would try to do that and they were just rude and acted like it was my fault. Sorry tractor supply its your fault and my money will not be spent there.

I called the store to confirm they had kennel panels and stock and after driving up here with a 24' trailer come to find out they were all damaged. The store had another display kennel but refused to let me buy it. Very poor customer service.

Love going to TSC, it's one of my favorite places to go too. The employees are always kind and helpful and are knowledgeable about your needs for farm, garden, pests and animals. I do like some of the clothes they sell here too, I have found some really nice shirts.
