I would give zero stars if I could.This place really screwed my family. We were promised perks on our plan and given completely different plans. We were promised the iPhone Forever plan in Nov 2021. This meant we would get $800 toward a new iPhone every two years (24 months) for LIFE. In Nov 2023 (2 years from the start) we tried to upgrade and found out that not only were we NOT on the iPhone Forever plan (which was discontinued in Sep 2021) so we would not get any money toward a new phone, but also we could not upgrade our phones until 30 months. These sales guys in the Troy store were absolute LIARS. When we went to the York Commons T-Mobile store to try and get everything worked out, they told us that the Troy store is a third-party store, and they ‘don’t know what they’re doing’, and they can’t do anything about it. So because T-Mobile has stores run by third parties, they do not honor the word of those stores. Beware of ever using this store - T-Mobile will not support what they tell you.

Employee Deven is courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. Deven resolved my cell phone billing issue in minutes whereas the employees at the Sidney OH location didn’t even try.Deven is an outstanding representative for T-Mobile. Promote him.

T-Mobile is absolutely horrible. We were only with them for 1 MONTH. I canceled our contract and continued to get a bill. I made 5 calls to corporate with a promise to get a return call. I never received the return call but today I received a collection notice. Steer clear because this company provides horrible service and are crooks.

Horrendous! Not one thing represented came out correct. Opened 5 lines of business, supposed to be under $200. Bills of $400 were regularity. Corporate couldn’t fix because this is not a T-mobile owned store. Ask for firm answers and you will not get them. That alone should make you run. Seriously, not 1 thing promised was correct- rate, screen replacement, add ons- all failed to get honored. This place is the worst

New to T-Mobile and I can't think of a worse experience. Bills have been screwed up for months (by several hundred dollars a month). Customer service is not helpful and often takes over an hour. Store hasn't been able to fix billing. None of the add ons work. Hotspot does not work. Service is not very good, often going into SOS or 1 bar around Dayton. I'm leaving T-Mobile as soon as possible.

Terrible store. Biggest problem, not a corporate store so national customer service often not aware of quotes (usually misrepresented). Read the reviews. Store full of smug jerks. Misrepresent details and quotes. Service is poor and you will feel it immediately, usually with incredible bills (i.e. $400+) and promise to wait several billing cycles with HIGH fees before it is supposedly supposed to self-correct. Seriously, just read the many reviews because they detail the same issue and I can confirm they are true horrors you will encounter dealing with this store.

I just have to say this past Thursday 3/2/2023 Rob Stratton went above and beyond for me. Got a new phone which quit texting and could not make any calls. Was very disturbing. NO ONE but Rob took the time to figure out the problem and fix it and trust me many calls were made to very unfriendly unhelpful people who made me feel stupid. Anyway, this young man should be rewarded for his customer dealings as it is outstanding. I am very thankful for all he did getting my phone up and going. Bonus time!!! Thank you Rob! You are the best!

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. They sent my father to Walmart to transfer data to a new phone because they didn't know how to do it. Then they "gave" us 3 trackers that we did not request because they had "extra". As soon as we receive the email about the new lines of service for the "free trackers", we returned them. Have spent at least an hour on the phone with "Sprint, now a part of T-Mobile" every month for the past 3 months trying to get these things trackers removed from my account. The store says it has no record of them being returned. You would think that a "tracker" could be tracked to prove we don't have them. This has been a mess that could have been avoided if the store employees operated in good faith.Ridiculous!
