Wonderful experience, set up reservation at 9 am got a call to set up no more than an hour later and got everything done within the same day! Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone !!

My husband and I have been using a storage unit at SmartStop in Troy for almost 2 years now. We are always happy with the service and the facility is clean and well maintained. 5 stars for Debbie who works in the office here and always takes care of us and is always friendly.
