This place is horrible. Shelves are always empty and low stock. Food is over cooked or stale, tobacco products are always stale and sold out and they over charge for everything including gas. Total rip off won't go back anymore.

Gas is more expensive than all te other stations. The pumps aren't working properly, cards get stuck!

walked in and was impressed by how clean and fully stocked the store was, then was further impressed by the single spacious handicap bathroom for each gender. bathroom was very clean and pleasant smelling

Store was clean, but there was literally no fresh food or donuts available. What do you think people who are out over night want to eat?? We definitely don't want prepackaged stuff! Very disappointed!!

The blonde hair lady that works there with all the tattoos has the worst customer service by far I’ve ever seen inside of a gas station at this point I’m not even sure how she still has a job she sits inside of her behind the desk with a power trip and it’s very unprofessional

I have never had so many problems with gas station pumps. Literally 9 times out of 10 the pump you pull up to is not going to work

I will never pay at the pump at this location again. I swiped my card, typed in my zip code when asked and the pump appeared to authorize but the pump never turned on. So I hung up the nozzle and when elsewhere after making sure to get a receipt showing I didn’t get and fuel. This was Friday morning and there is still a $37 hold on my card. Not sure what is different about shell that may bank holds funds so long, but every other place in town finalizes the transaction within minutes of my hanging up the nozzle. So I will be getting my fuel at the places that don’t hold my money hostage for days.Edit to respond: My financial institution releases funds as soon as the transaction is cleared by the merchant, so something about your system doesn’t show the transaction as complete and thus means I will take my purchasing elsewhere. This may not be a problem for those filling up, but those of us putting a few gallons in on the way to work, not so much.

The men's bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since the prior day. Dried urine on the urinal and puddled underneath. Hopefully you go from a range so you don't have to stand in the puddle. Don't worry though the entire bathroom reeked of stale pee. The toilet was also in need of a scrubbing."How can this be acceptable by the staff?"This question was answered with the "zero f's given" employ that followed us outside after checking out so he could vape.
