Q nail was a friendly establishment to visit the lady who checks you in was so helpful and kind, and the nail tech that did my nails did such an amazing job. By far the best nail salon to go to with a clean environment and affordable prices to fulfill all a women's needs and wants!

All the technicians do a good job but Lily was the one who took care of me late one Saturday evening. She did an excellent job despite the time and that has kept me coming back to her every time I need my hands and feet done. All five stars go to Lily.
Oh, btw she does an incredible nail art work too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to come here years ago and the quality was way better back then than it is now. They do not keep up with trends. They do not properly clean their brushes between clients, and did not properly prep the nails for a manicure before applying acrylic. My cuticles we’re not trimmed. They asked what shape I wanted, I showed a clear image and they still didn’t get it right and scoffed at me. Also their pricing isn’t consistent. A girl left a review 2 weeks ago who got acrylic for 50 with design equaling out to $56. I got charged $58 with just plain acrylic no design a week after her? Shady pricing. They charge what they want when they feel like it with no menu pricing

This is the only salon I’ve been going to for years, and I have always been satisfied with my nails. However this last time, I went in to get a mani/pedi before leaving for vacation. I am very disappointed with how my nails look. I was not given a proper mani, but I was charged for it. And my nails look like they’ve been growing out for a while and it hasn’t even been 4 days since getting them done. The lady didn’t trim my cuticles and didn’t cover the entire nails and they’re all different size. Definitely disappointed with the outcome.

my nails didn't even last 5days. NEVER AGAIN Going back. Horrible attitude on the phone when letting them know I need my nails fixed one was split and 4 popped off. She just put more nail s on top of it. Did even redo it. - please don't waste your money and time on this place. Even tiped$20 Hoping the reviews were not as bad as they said it was. they were right.

Always a fun time! Love getting pampered with a pedicure. The ladies are so nice, so friendly and if you've been there before, they treat you like an old friend. It's awesome.

I love these ladies! I've been coming here for a couple years now regularly and they are always welcoming, accommodating and they do great work! Their receptionist, Ashley, is also very sweet and super friendly! Wether you're talking to her over the phone or face to face, she's always super kind! I would recommend this place to anyone for sure. They even setups for younger girls which I think is a huge plus!!

I made a appointment at 5:30 on a Wednesday. When i came in they said noone could take me. Very unprofessional. Why let me make a appointment then? If noone could take me? I guess no other person wants to take me except Lori. But she had to leave.I got my nails done a few months back by Lily.. she did not put a nail on right it was pointing up so i went back the next day to fix it. A month later I requested her and she denies me and says she will no longer take me because I complained about my shape she did before on my nails. Thats a LIE. I never complained. You put my nail on wrong and your going to deny me and not do my nails anymore? Thats absolutely pathetic. Would not recommend this place.! You all are trash…you don’t do nails that well either you have horrible customer service and its not very clean in there. I wish i could give 0 stars.This is a photo of my nail pointing up. Its not that bad but when you’re paying alot for your nails they should be done right.
