“My experience has been great. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Meanwhile, my husband had an unfavorable experience in a different area of the store when I was in Printing. He went to the men's room. He said someone had written on the wall ( I think on the "this was cleaned" chart) "don't you ever clean in here? He said that it was absolutely filthy. So, he told a clerk and met with an unfavorable response. Then, he asked that it be reported to a manager-- to which the clerk said "it won't do any good." When he asked to speak to the manager, she once again said: " it won't do any good. "I can't believe my husband didn't keep at her to get the manager. So, I am not giving Staples 5 stars. ( I can say that the day before the Ladies room was clean).”
