The cashier was great, I'm really concerned about the cats in a little cubicals with hard plexiglass over the front of the wire(so people and kids can't stick their fingers in) with only an inch on each side to get air, plus there are two in a small area with a litter box that has dusty litter! How can they breath properly, plus being warm in there, this isn't the first time either! I would NEVER adopt a cat from Troy Petco

My shepherds underwire shock collar stopped working at 10:00 am Monday, sure amazon could send me another collar with delivery on Thursday but Petco saved my day and I had my dogs new shock colllar delivered to my home the same Monday at 2:00 pm!! THANK-YOU very much!!!

Store is a bit cluttered. Staff is helpful and friendly. Went here to purchace a fish. Fishy is doing well.

I went in and ask politely to a front store employee to see if they have cats for adopt. And she gave me a nasty attitude and I felt uncomfortable and awkward. Don’t go here at all. If you want a good experience go a different petco. Me and my husband won’t be coming back here.

I found this Petco to not be very clean, dirt and dust on the shelves as well as on the products. While shopping for dog food, I always check the expiration dates. Makes me sick to find expired dog food on the shelves. I don't mean expired yesterday, I mean expired in 2023. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she looked at me like I sprouted a second head and was speaking Chinese! This store has gone downhill in the past year or so. Expired food for animals is violation of state laws.

I stopped in to get dog food, unfortunately I was not able to find what I was looking for on the shelf. I asked the cashier if she could check for it in the back, she was pleased to do so. However they were in fact out of the option my dog eats. I had reluctantly chosen a "back up" option. When I expressed my concerns the lady informed me of the stores return policy on food. (If your pet does not eat the food you try and you have at least half the bag remaining they will exchange it for another option. I assume they may also refund but did not verify) So with that assurance and further information as to when the food I came for would likely be back in stock I went with the aforementioned back up option. So far so good, she seems to be enjoying it. Thanks for the help ma'am sorry I didn't catch or don't remember her name.

Store is consistently clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful, including exceptional customer service from Abby as well as those in aquatics, specifically Lex who has helped us out in multiple occasions with choosing appropriate plants, decorations, and fish for our multiple tanks at home.

Absolutely love this place. Especially the aquatics. If you actually talk to the people, specifically Lex, they are so knowledgeable about aquatics you will be amazed. I have been doing aquatics for years and everything I have learned has come from them. Tried and true. I have full trust in this person's knowledge about my fish and fully trust in their opinions on their products.

So many dead animals and their reptiles are underfed. Also there is no organization there was water on the floor I almost slipped and fell. Very poor experience here.

Obviously they haven't changed anything about this store in months. The fish tanks are still not managed properly I got a fish from them and their water pH is 2.00 over the requirements. Then they tried too blame me like it was my fault. They are very unpleasant and unprofessional. This store needs too be shut down and everyone fired. Also I want my 35 dollars back or I'll sue.

I of course had to go in to see all the cute animals and pick up some treats for my dog and abby was such a lovely person she greeted me and was extremely nice and talked to me about my dog, thank you abby for being amazing at your job, you need a raise!!
