Went there today and spent over $150 bucks.Do they have a break room?Because I dont want to talk to kid waiting on me while he has food in his mouth eating from a pizza box on the counter.Place was empty but I still felt like I was bothering the 2 employees there.Slow movers as well.And I was the only one to say "thank you".And when I did the kid in a Tipp football shirt who waited on me said "yup".Classy.Have you forgotten we have 2 more auto parts stores in town?It seems to be the case.Another customer lost.....never again.

As as I walked in I was helped immediately... Came looking for something specific ~ settled for an option, and was able to return when finished for refund

Good prices and parts availability. Has a loyalty program that emails coupons for cash off next sale. I've had really good experiences here in the past.But.......Based on two trips over the last couple weeks it seems like a staff turnover may have occurred. Obvious new guy was supposed to replace my battery. He didn't understand negative cable comes off first or righty-tighty/lefty-loosy. Even when I asked, the other staff made no effort to help him - just called him a derogatory name and walked away.Sucks when co-workers would rather cop an attitude and ridicule instead of helping one another (and the customer.) Where is management to hire someone that obviously needs training and then abandons them to flounder?With several other parts stores in town there's no reason to come back and tolerate this type behavior. This is an example of the staff taking a perfectly good store and driving a repeat customer to the competition.I will go to elsewhere the next time I need parts.
