I'm not from Ohio... I had a death in my family, and I wasn't sure how to get some info needed.. the ladies on 1st and 3rd floor were sooooo very nice and helpful. I wished I knew their name to attach.

There were 2 ladies in the office. They were very helpful and friendly. Could have stayed longer just to visit but they were busy.

I went to the Recorder's office to get my veterans IP card this morning. Everyone in the office was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. What a great first impression! Please let them know how pleased I was and what great job they are doing!
