Haley is the best! I was introduced to Merle Norman make up by my grandmother and mother and I've never switched. It's difficult to find make up that doesn't bother sensitive skin but I've never had an issue with any of their products. Store also has tons of cute bags, clothes, etc

I don’t recommend getting your makeup done here. They didn’t even bother to move my bangs to put on foundation. The bronzer they used was way too dark for my skin tone. The general style of makeup is not what I consider on trend. My eyeshadow wasn’t blended well and my eyeliner wasn’t even straight. The fake lashes weren’t glued down all the way either.

Hayley does the best facial in the world! My skin feels so soft & healthy after I am done. She always does a great waxing my brows, too. It is VERY hard to find the right brow girl, but I found her in Hayley. Check out her cute boutique when you're done, too! There's always something that catches my eye!

I just love this store. It is my go to store and they always have what I need and are always super nice and helpful. Sometimes I can’t make it all the way to Troy and they have been so gracious as to mail my purchases to me, they have even mailed me an order to my Florida home in the past. These ladies just come through for me every time and I just couldn’t say enough really great things about this location and these ladies!

This is the best boutique stop in Troy and you won’t be disappointed there is something for everyone at any age!:)) Best memories was when my mom went there for years to have her hair done! They were so kind and gentle to my mother she felt safe comfortable and beautiful when she left! My nephews would buy her gift cards to the Merle Norman hair salon! It was the best gift of love! Also I would buy all my Vera Bags for me and my kids when they had their blow out sales! The service is over the top awesome!:) Thanks Merle Norma and the staff for your support and talent! Tami

They have all that you need for weeks of pampering. Hair, waxing, massage, facials and pedicures to name a few. The makeup is top notch. Very healthy for your skin. Love this place

Our favorite beauty spot in Troy! love all the ladies here, so friendly and welcoming. Not only does she have the cutest boutique items and accessories in her store but Haley is amazing whether you need a facial, skincare or makeup advice, she does it all! She has also helped my teenager with a skin care regimen and we love Haley to do her makeup for school dances as well. In the salon, Kelly is our top choice for hair! She is an amazing colorist and so fun to work with. My daughter always has her do her hair for school dances as well and she does a gorgeous job!
