I called four days before I left to let them know that I would be travelling out of the country sothey would set the dates so I would be able to use my debt card. When I went to try to use my debt cards that both were declined. It took me four international calls to get their mistake correct.

Came to cash check and treated me like trash and condescending manor. What I was going to do after cashing check was open three separate accounts for my daughters and with $5000 each. All over a check in the amount of $310 and my looks I guess made that atmosphere for me. Glad I went through a process to see how things would go. Thanks First Financial in Troy for letting me see not to take my money?.Junk service, told me they are busy-ridiculous. Check other banks

They are actively practicing reordering charges to charge overdraft fees - literally didn’t know there were banks still doing this.They never connected my business account with my checking account, they initially set them up incorrectly, and never got a debit card for my business account.Half the time when I called it took 30 mins to get to a representative and sometimes they couldn’t find my account.Slow check processing.Slow closing out of accounts - charges still pending - that’s a you thing First Financial not the companies making the charges.Took 2.5hrs to set up 2 accounts.Access to money is slow.I came from Chase, so I now know my standards were too high. This bank in my opinion isn’t the best choice for small businesses.Called to see if they sell checks by the sheet as Chase did when you forgot to buy checks or were in between. Nope they don’t do that either even though they have a sheet of checks they give for people that open new accounts.Just an overall bad experience so I am headed back to Chase.

I love when calling Main Source, they immediately begin with great customer service even by the recording. They want to get u to the right person soonest! I've banked with Main Source concerning Mortgages for 30 years. Never experienced the first problem!!! Outstanding personnel who recognize their job is to HELP me. They go above and beyond what is expected!
