I bought a freezer from them almost 2 years ago, I purchased the extended warranty plan for it. It quit working around May 31, 2024. I called the warranty company, they got everything going on their end. Had to go to the store with some info, Nathan was working, he got everything going to help me out. They gave me money for food loss and I now have a new freezer..Nathan went above and beyond my expectations to help me with things..I have had a few bad issues with Lowe's, but his efforts have really made up for them ...Thank you Nathan and Taylor

Terrible service. Trying to buy power tools. Person at the contractor counter called for assistance twice. No show after 18 minutes. They lost a $700 sale. I won't be returning.

Made the mistake of buying from Lowe's again recently.
After I had problems last year over the extended warranty for our washer I said I was through with them but we needed a new refrigerator pretty quick so I bought a new one from them. Mistake! They delivered late on a Friday and didn't help me remove the packaging and wait to see if everything was ok. They had to come back two days later and told me the deli drawer and shelf were defective. I would have to call DT, Lowe's third party delivery service and I had to wait another two days for another frig. The one guy that then delivered the replacement frig.
offered to make a call to see if they could just swap out the deli tray and give me a discount but either DT or
Lowe's said no and he had to swap out the refrigerators.
He was mad about it and about helping me remove the packaging from the delivered frig. He banged around the refrigerator and the shelves and drawers etc. Over 4 or 5 days I had to keep removing food from a refrigerator and putting it back in. I've complained and was told they would check into it but I'll never hear back from them. I didn't when I complained a year ago about our washer's extended warranty. The saddest thing is that the delivery people would probably be nicer but they're probably rushed too much. Lowe's should ditch the 3rd party company and go back to having their own delivery staff and get another company to administer their extended warranties. This is how Sears appliances operated before they closed most of their stores.

We stopped at your store to purchase some flowers. We found the table with a sign 3 for $12.00 on perennials. This was on 2 quart or 2 1/5 quart. We pick out 6 different plants with 2 hanging baskets. When we went to checkout they rang regular price on the perennials. We asked the young man n he said he was just the cashier n didn't know. My husband asked to see a manager to figure this out n another young man came up n went outside to scan the product because he didn't know either. He just started scanning each pot n said the were regular price . Should not have a sale sign on both sides of table showing one price n then ringing full price. This was very confusing n the help really didn't seem to care. We won't be back at this Lowe's.

a very unhelpful and unprofessional lowes,corporate should be ashamed of the way they treat paying customers, waited over 30 minutes for help ,they was paged twice,then I ask for the manager on duty,and he came to the isle with a attitude, plus had other customers waiting for help and they walked out. I guess if you didn't have groups of employees standing around talking to each other ,you could get help

While you can do a gas grill bottle exchange at about any gas station / convenience store, I have found that Lowes charges a little bit less for the same bottle exchange. However, the Lowes employees don't act like you just asked them to dive head first off a cliff and even thank you for using them.

We are building a house and working with the bank so we needed the kitchen cabinets and countertop all wrapped up into one bill. We picked out everything we wanted and received estimates that included both cabinets and countertops for the bank and our records. Not ONCE while we planned this project were we told we couldn’t order and pay for them together. We paid for our kitchen with financing from the bank and our cabinets were installed but no countertops to be seen. We called the lady at Lowe’s who helped us order our kitchen and she says sorry you never paid for your deposit yet and I don’t even know what countertops you picked out. I had the estimate in front of me that said otherwise. Not once when we paid for them did she mention anything about needing to order them. So here we are thinking we paid for our kitchen and all we bought were cabinets. We specifically told her it had to be ONE bill so we could pay for it with bank funds. Called the manager of the Troy, Ohio Lowe’s who said he’d investigate it and get back to me. Surprise surprise no call back. So here we are paying $6k out of pocket for something that was supposed to be covered by a bank loan. Go anywhere but Troy Ohio Lowes.
