It never fails when I need something this store seems to have a lack of courtesy from their customer service clerk's and very seldom have the items that I'm looking for leaving me to go somewhere else.

Apathetic, incompetent, and not very resourceful help. Attitude is if they don't have it then I must not need it. Several times this has happened to me.

This place is like the other Mega sized hardware stores that also offer a limited selection of other household supplies. I like the lifetime guarantee offered on their tools. Sears has offered that for years and still has better quality tools but Lowes offers more unique tools. They have excellent sales but not often enough... read full comment
