I cannot say enough good things about Lorie and Rochelle, they worked us in to their very busy schedule and were very patient and helpful every step of the way. Lorie answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I truly despise taxes but this was a genuinely pleasant experience. If you want your taxes done right and want to actually sit down and discuss them and understand them then I recommend Liberty Tax, we will be giving them our business from now on!

I have been coming to the Troy, Liberty Tax for some time now. For most of those years, my taxes have been done by Lorie. I have come to trust her knowledge and expertise, to the point that I request her now when scheduling an appointment. Having lived in large cities, I love the personal care and attention that I get at the Troy office of Liberty Tax, and especially Lorie. If I had any criticism at all, it would be in reference to your staffing. At tax time, in particular, it would seem you would have more than just Lorie working. Answering phones, receiving incoming costumers AND doing the taxes of the person she's got at her desk...? This has happened at least the last 2-3 years. At most, I have seen one other employee in the office. Please, consider increasing your staffing at the Troy location...at least during the height of Tax season. Other than that, I'm happy with Liberty Tax. And please, thank Lorie, and keep up the good work!
