Tonight is seriously the last time I use the quick click pick up! They not only called me to tell me that it would be 2 hrs late… But, once I showed up for my order they said it wouldn’t be ready until sometime tomorrow!! They’ve been late the last few times but, this is ridiculous! I cancelled my order and went to Walmart who never does this!

Brought back an item that was damaged and they let me trade for a new one...so helpful! And the checkout had ample self checkouts along with a cashier @ checkouts. Easy in and out! Kroger Marketplace in Troy, OH

I will never do kroger pick up again, the past 3 times I am missing multiple items even though I ask the worker if any items are missing or out of stock and I am told they were able to get all of them. Just had it happen again and walked back in the store and the item is right on the shelf fully stocked. This time I wasn't charged but last time I was charged for all items that were missing.

No one ever acknowledges my presence, make me wonder if I died, and this is just my purgatory.

Shout out to the floral department! Had an emergency & needed flowers for a wedding. They were great, looked at the photo I had & recreated it so there were enough bouquets for all the bridesmaids! Thanks so much, great service!!

This Kroger had an extremely nasty bathroom. Reeked of piss and was super dirty.

This store has gone downhill the past few years, I don't recommend Kroger in Troy.

Frustrating experience to have a young man tell me I would have to pay more for an organic 3 bulk garlic pack that didn’t have a tag. When I commented that I didn’t want to pay more nor was it my fault that it didn’t have a tag. He repeated, it doesn’t have a tag. My comment, why would I need to pay more for an item that was not tagged, nor my fault it wasn’t tagged. He didn’t offer to get the item, call for help, nor tell me HE CAN search for the item in a system. At this point, to keep things moving, I opted to walk off to get a tagged bulk garlic (while my other companion stayed with the Caucasian male cashier working 8:45pm on Friday night- name starting w a B and ending with Y).
By the time I returned I made the comment regarding the system’s ability to search for an item based on name. He says, ‘ let me say it again, I would have to ring it up as individual item and do you just want to pay more.’ Really?
Within the same interaction, he tells me he already rang it up and repeats that I don’t understand. Same comment 2 additional times.
So I ask management this question, he if we’re able to search for the item, WHY did he open the conversation with, ‘I’m going to have to ring up the item separately which cost more because there isn’t a tag?’ I call this a gas lighting behavior and as such he didn’t appreciate my inquiry on why I should pay more because of the item not having a tag. This person needs training in customer service and to understand that just because a customer ask a valid question, he shouldn’t feel attacked. This is a business transaction with customer interfacing responsibilities. Shame on him.
I do have a positive note, the customer service manager on duty took my phone call and was a great listener and fully understood the issue. Now that is great customer service and definitely indicative of our Kroger name!!!

May 7, 10:16 AM self check out 555
Had the most unfriendly cashier, I question the price on the bacon because it was supposed to be on sale for 399. She came over and just looked at some numbers and call someone to get a price check. I was right so she changed the numbers and I tried to talk to her, but she just turned and walked away. Did not speak of word to me which she should’ve said sorry man for your wait
All I can say is if you have more cashiers like that, you will lose business. She needs classes on customer service.
I usually don’t complain, but this really torked me off

EVERYTIME I use either womens restroom at their store, it is un-called for nasty.
Your store needs to pay alot more attention to your restrooms.

Service was great! Jon(?) in the meat department was super helpful and recommended & helped get meat and fish. He went above and beyond suggesting the “ready to cook” baggies and added fish, butter, spices etc. We really enjoy going to the Troy Kroger’s over Huber heights even though we live in Huber! Thank you all

Walking into this Kroger, I was immediately struck by its pristine cleanliness, an inviting beacon for any shopper. The shelves were meticulously organized, each product shining under the soft glow of the well-placed lighting, creating a calming ambiance that made the shopping experience a pleasure rather than a chore.
The employees were not just helpful; they were exceptionally kind and attentive, ready to assist with a smile that was both genuine and warming. Whether it was guiding me to a hard-to-find ingredient or suggesting alternatives when my usual choices were unavailable, their expertise and eagerness to help were evident.
Moreover, Kroger's inventory was impressive. They had everything on my list, from the staples to specialty items. But it was the delightful array of unexpected treats that caught my eye—gourmet chocolates, exotic fruits, and artisanal cheeses, to name a few—tempting delights that I couldn't resist adding to my cart. Each aisle offered a new temptation, turning my routine grocery run into an exciting culinary adventure.
In summary, this visit to Kroger was not just a mundane errand but a delightful experience, enhanced by superb customer service and a treasure trove of both essential and indulgent offerings. It's a reminder that sometimes, the things we didn't know we needed are the ones that bring us the most joy.
