After making calls to 3 other Kroger pharmacies, the pharmacist assured me that she had my medicine at the Troy store and could fill it by the end of the day. I drove 1 hour round trip to pick up this medicine that I desperately need only to find out that she never checked to see if the medication was actually in stock (nor did she bother to call me to tell me that it couldn't be filled). The person who tried to help me was nice but that doesn't change my situation. I've been a Kroger pharmacy customer for 20 years - after today I'm moving everything over to CVS.

Awkward layout in store. Very limited number of cashiers. If you order pick up it will never be ready, expect to wait an additional hour at least. Awful store.

I shopped at this Kroger in Troy on 9/30/23 and had an experience with cashier CHEC 512. As I was checking myself out I loaded my bags in the cart as I filled them I noticed she came over and stood behind me and watched for a minute or so and when I finished and was paying the screen said call attendant and when she came over she was so shitty! She said you skipped bagging to many times look, look, look as she pointed out that i skipped bagging several times and I said I thought the whole idea was to put them in my cart since i scanned, bagged and loaded them and she had the shittiest attitude so CHEC 512 if you dont like your customer service job..stay home!

Several months ago I asked for recommendations on pharmacies, since I was unhappy with Troy Kroger. I switched to CVS in Tipp City, and have been satisfied. But on Thursday I had a 12:30 Dr. apt, turns out I had pneumonia. On the way home, 12:59 I had a text from CVS they received 3 new scripts. I got lunch at a drive-thru. Sitting down at home to eat I received another text, scripts were ready! I called and told the pharmacy I didn't feel well, and could I pic up a box of Tylenol at the window? He said just give him 20 minutes. By 2:30 I had the Tylenol and the new scripts on board! I have never had such efficient service by a pharmacy when I really felt ill. I would have never asked Kroger to add the Tylenol. I just want to say they exceeded my expectations!

30 minutes for a basic request, the last months in a row. Who's running this show? What changed? It's not working and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Consistently let down and staff doesn't know the ins and outs as there is always someone new. Must ask for pharmacist assistance everytime. Sadly this isn't due to impatience or long line, just untrained staff who can't fulfill the customer's needs.

I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm sick and tired of waiting forever in the drive thru. 20 to 30 MINUTES!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! You have only one person working the drive thru and two lanes. You let people drop off a prescription and WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU!! I KNOW I WAS BEHIND THE CAR AND WATCHED IT HAPPEN !!! You should have made the car pull up! When I come inside it's not much better. The last time I came in there were 9 people in line, 1 lady working the counter, 1 person working the drive thru, 1 pharmacist filling scripts, 1 lady filling scripts and TWO ladies off to the left side laughing and talking and drinking soda from a clear plastic cup. The heavy set lady looked our way TWICE! She did nothing. Neither lady did, not until the pharmacists asked them to come help. Did they come right away? Nooooo that would have been the professional thing to do. Instead they stood there while the heavy set woman finished her drink. Then the heavy set lady slowly came over, the other one disappeared behind the shelves. SHAME on Kroger for letting the pharmacy get this bad. Walmart will get all our business. The last two scripts have been a breeze to get filled.

Great drive-thru. There's a camera that allows you to see the person you are talking with. An added bonus, the pharmacist took it upon herself to speak to me about the change to my prescription. If I am ever in that area again, I would use that pharmacy.

The majority of the staff here are very kind. Up until recently my only complaint was the long wait times in store and in the drive thru. I recently have had more severe health issues and have been prescribed multiple NSAIDs for pain. The same pharmacist has now questioned me the last 3 times I have picked medications up, almost like she's not believing that I'm needing all the medications that have been prescribed. Someone who is in constant pain with multiple chronic health issues could be shown a little more compassion. As of today, I'm sending EVERYTHING to Walgreens.

Snow Fox sushi need to go! The previous sushi company was so much better.. It's been awhile since I grabbed sushi from Kroger and we probably won't be getting it again. Tonight we tried two selections and both we not good.. The rice was hard and my wife's spicy tuna just did not taste fresh. We used to get sushi often with the previous company and it was always good.. To bad because it was a good quick dinner before. Not anymore!

This was a nice place to shop. However, it appears in the past year things have begun to change and not for the better. I feel as though normal shoppers are treated as common thieves with newly installed m gates at the entrance. These gates only swing one way, so Heaven forbid you left your reusable bags out in your car. You must fight through the now throngs of bodies waiting to checkout in the self check-out lanes. Has it become impossible for Kroger to hired enough employees that are willing to stay longer than a month? Is your location no longer able to staff the proper amount of persons needed to open more cashier check out lanes. I am not the only one who has voiced, "I do not work here so I will wait." Oh, on that same not, yes, your customers are beginning to notice that your location is having an exceptional high amount of turning overs. People talk while waiting in line for 10 minutes wait on a register to open. Has Kroger stopped working with RTI and hiring baggers? I am wondering this as well because there never seem to be any available to assist with bagging. Leaving a person like me with severe disabilities of my own to have to bag groceries, lift them, and certainly not ask for any help out to my vehicle. I am honestly afraid to ask based upon the attitude of some of the evening management. I am not a "Karen or Ken or Bob or Betsy", whatever the slang is not for a rude customer. What I am or was is a life time patron of Kroger. Since I was a newborn, I have been a patron of Kroger with my parents in Cincinnati. We have lived all over the world due to my Husband's career and I still look for a subsidiary of Kroger. Kroger use to be the place to shop. It was clean, bright, stocked (Co-Vid, I know and understand), the employees enjoyed their jobs which in turn meant that the customers were happy. I have no idea what Kroger in Troy has done in the past year but a light has gone out. There are 2 other major grocery chains in our area that are cleaner, brighter, and have brought back their light. Maybe Kroger should find their leak and plug it before they lose more patrons.

Maybe Kroger should add to their website that they close for lunch & not tell me in the middle of figuring out my medications. Also, the only pharmacy I have ever used that takes 24 hours to fill a script!

App is great. The service is lacking. Closing on a Saturday in the middle of the day for lunch? Really? Not a even a modicum of service-mindedness. This exactly what happens when industries are allowed to consolidate.

Hailey was very helpful! Patience and kind while helping me with a prescription. Friendly and smiled as she got it and checked me out. ??
